Penetrate and develop new markets and business opportunities in HVAC and Water Industry, targeting consultants, contractors and developers for Low Voltage Variable Speed Drives (VSD) and Passive & Active Harmonics Filter.

• Establish new customer relationship and expand current customer base to drive and achieve higher sales targets of Low Voltage VSD in the assigned market segment
• Develop sales and business growth strategies to approach consultants, contractors and developers. Implement sales plans to achieve sales targets and profit margins
• Prepare product presentation, technical documentation, compliance list and related documents and work closely with deal team on project pre-bid specification for consultants
• Coordinate & follow-up on tender awards with contractors, prepare & submit quotations and monitor deal closely till closure
• Work with sales support team on project management to ensure delivery dateline and customer satisfactions are met
• Gather market information on customers activities & projects; analyse and develop sales plan, submit pipeline forecast, sales progress and make consultants visit report plan to Sales General Manager
• Conduct competitors analysis and the activities
• Prepare monthly report for Management review

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline
• Possess good technical knowledge of Low Voltage VSD and Passive & Active Harmonics Filter. Project management skill is an added advantage
• At least 5 years of related sales experience in the same industry in which minimum 3 years in handling LV VSD and Passive & Active Harmonies Filter
• Have good contact & network with consultants/contractors in related HVAC/Water/Data Center Industry

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Support Specialist at Unocle Pte Ltd located in Singapore. The Sales Support Specialist will be responsible for managing and resolving customer issues and providing support to the sales team. They will act as the link between the sales team, customers, and suppliers, and will assist in managing customer accounts . Additionally, the Sales Support Specialist will collaborate with the sales team to develop new business opportunities and improve customer satisfaction, and may occasionally work from home.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and meet deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar software applications
• Fluent in written and spoken English, and proficiency in other languages is a plus

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred

• Sales mapping by customer by Rep for uploading into the different systems
• Weekly and monthly sales overview reports to COMZ management (GM, Biz Unit Managers)
• Monthly sales reports to Finance for billing purposes
• Prepare monthly sales reports per Principal in excel pivot for COMZ managers to use for their monthly sales performance report to Principals
• Prepare monthly sales forecast templates for COMZ managers to input.
• Preparation of monthly Salesmen’s commission and quarterly Manager’s commission for COMZ Management’s review and approval
• Handle customers’ sales queries and/or redirect them to respective Sales Team
• Maintaining A&P tracking reports for HPH & Simple
• Management of access control to all confidential documents and drives upon approval by GM.
• Maintenance of filing systems for Division’s key documents
• Follow up with Principals on outstanding price and trade returns documents
• Sorting incoming faxes and forward to relevant parties
• Work with Central Admin/HR in prompt replenishment of stationery/beverages for the Division
• Prepare the necessary for monthly Division meetings – meeting room booking and arrangement, refreshments
• Secretarial support to COMZ management team in arranging travel bookings, meeting and appointments.
• Compliance with ISO procedures, quality systems and COC
• Others duties as assigned by management

Requirements:
1. Min. Diploma in any field
2. Minimum 3 years of secretarial experience in a sales environment
3. Knowledge & skills in MS Office, good communication and interpersonal, problem-solving and follow-up skills
