As a Client Support & Sales Enablement Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of the Client Success Team (CLS) by ensuring seamless operational support and client satisfaction.

This role is integral to the organization’s ability to deliver accurate and timely proposals, manage contracts, and oversee client relationships; all while contributing to the smooth execution of business transactions. By providing exceptional support, you empower the team to focus on smooth daily operations, allowing the organization to grow and meet its objectives. Your work behind the scenes ensures that deals are not only closed, but also effectively maintained post-sale, fostering long-term client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quotations & ProposalsGenerate accurate and timely quotations and proposals for clients
  Collaborate with the Business Development (BD) team on complex proposals, utilizing standardized templates
  Follow up with clients to ensure proposals are reviewed and deals are closed efficiently
  
• Contracts & AgreementsDraft, vet, and send contracts to clients while ensuring all necessary terms are included
  Monitor contract signing, ensuring all contracts are finalized before the event or project kick offs
  Track contract expiry dates and coordinate timely renewals
  
• Post-Event SupportCreate and distribute detailed reports for post-event settlements
  Assist in developing post-mortem reports and presentations to review event outcomes
  
• Tender ParticipationSupport the team in preparing and submitting documents for tender participation
  
• Pipeline ManagementTrack and regularly update the client pipeline, ensuring accurate records of current and potential deals
  
• Clients’ Enhancements Requests (if any) :Coordinate client requests for enhancements by working with internal teams such as the Product Manager
  Manage the full cycle from quoting to contract finalization and follow-up with the Project Manager until the delivery of the request is completed
  
• Account Executive RoleTake on the Account Executive role for smaller events, ensuring that operational knowledge stays sharp to support your primary role effectively

- Handle Day-To-Day Business Operations of Singapore's #1 Education Agency
- Attend to interested clients via various forms of warm leads (form orders, calls, WhatsApp, etc)
(no cold-calling at all!)
- Assist clients in shortlisting and recommending suitable tutor profiles based on their criteria
- Coordinate and arrange 1st tuition lesson for both clients and tutors
- Follow-up with any necessary administrative support and after-sales service

• Creating development plans and forecasting sales targets and growth projections.

• To input the sales progress in CRM system based on the specific days timeline.
• To expand Singapore export/import business both Air and Ocean. Also, to manage 3rd party business (offshore business) as well to secure and expand business if the business owner is Singapore customer.
• To communicate with overseas offices to share each sales status and work closely with them in order to get closer the business.

Job Requirements:

• Min 3 years of experience as Sales in freight forwarding company with at least Diploma/Degree in Freight Forwarding, Logistics & Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
• Good command of English and able to write and speak advance Japanese language fluently to liaise and communicate with Japanese clients.
• Computer literacy.
• Excellent presentation skills and communication skills.
• Strategic thinking and statistical analysis skills

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update regional sales pipeline, customer information via CRM/database.
• Prepare and update routine and ad hoc sales reports, forecast reports budget, business plans and presentations etc.
• Assist with the creation and distribution of sales and marketing collaterals, such as company/product catalogues, flyers, email campaigns.
• Responsible for CPQ management from quotation, order, loading to shipment.
• Assist sales and marketing events and materials, such as scheduling meetings, managing event calendars, trade shows, trainings, seminars, conferences and corporate gifts.
• Support research & data analysis on sales, products, competitors, industry trends, and potential markets (both existing and potential markets)
• Answer and streamline phone calls and email inquiries.
• Create and maintain Commercial team’s SharePoint/Share folder with the latest information and access control.
• Interface with customers and prospects via email or phone to schedule appointments or follow up on inquiries.
