The multi-disciplinary Design & Management(D&M) team, part of the regional Urban Solutions team is looking for an Assistant Manager, Project Management (Electrical) to join their team.

Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will be responsible to establish networks and strong relationship built with international prospects, business partners and trade agencies in the Semiconductor industry with the prime objective of securing tenancy for our projects in China, Indonesia, Vietnam and future developments around Asia. Marketing strategy

• Be among the first to know when a Semiconductor company is thinking of entering the markets that we operate in through established channels and market intelligence

Planning & budgeting

• Comply with pre-set budgets, spending limits and declarations.

Qualification, Skills and Experience

• Accredited Degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Studies or Real Estate. Additional degree or major in EEE will be an added advantage.
• 8 years and more working experience in the semi-conductor (EEE) industry or cluster is needed for the incumbent to be competent in the working knowledge and to have a strong network of relevant contacts.
