Job Summary

Responsible for perform daily accounting tasks that will support the finance team including administrative & clerical assistance to the Accounts team members.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• To input financial transactions into our internal accounting database system, and to confirm the accuracy of database information.
• To perform bank reconciliations.
• To input invoices to match with PO system.
• To keep daily accounting transaction updated and running accurately & effectively for month end reporting.
• To assist to track and maintain documentation & reconcile any discrepancies.
• Any other ad hoc duties assign by department members.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills.
• Accuracy with figures and ability to perform basic accounting duties
• Basic book-keeping knowledge.
• Min. GCE ‘O’ Level.
