Job Description:

• Attend to import and export shipment process and documentation preparation
• Daily tracking of inbound shipments and coordination with service providers
• Attend to internal stakeholders’ shipment status and establish export freight rates
• Assist the service team in the import and export of repaired items
• Knowledge of shipping, custom-related issues, port operations, and freight rates negotiation
• Liaising closely with various forwarders for shipment confirmation and shipment arrangements
• Follow up and advise customers on shipment status
• Able to resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
• Input data and generate reports
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• O' Level or above, preferably specialized in Logistics, Supply Chain, or equivalent
• Minimum 2 to 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field
• Work independently and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn;
• Good communication and organization skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Location: Benoi
