Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager at Kariera Group in Singapore. The Account Manager will be responsible for hunting new business, managing existing client accounts, building strong relationships, understanding client needs, and providing exceptional customer service on a day-to-day basis. 4. Cross-selling and Upselling:

Requirements:

Education:

• Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

• 3 to 5 years of proven success in sales, preferably within a B2B environment.

Skills:

• Proficient in sales, negotiation, and communication.
• Ability to establish and sustain effective client relationships.
• Strong MS Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Previous experience selling into government agencies and educational institutions is advantageous.
