Responsibilities:

• Conduct canvassing calls to market a wide range of shopping malls and attend meetings with existing and prospective clients.
• Identifying and engaging potential retail tenants that fit into the desired tenant mix of the mall.
• Negotiate lease renewals, finalise lease agreements and other leasing related documentation.
• Conduct competitive market research to stay updated on market trends.
• Prepare presentations and proposals for retail prospects, tenants and landlords.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Real Estate
• Min 1 to 2 years of retail leasing experience in a shopping mall environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors warmly and professionally, confirming appointments and directing them to their destination

• Handle and coordinate funding certification claims post-course completion.
• Deliver timely and accurate reporting of submissions to relevant authorities like ICA, CPE, etc.
• Assist the marketing team by providing relevant information for advertisements.
• Undertake any ad-hoc task or project as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline
• At least 1 years of relevant experience as corporate office admin or secretary to management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor
