In this position you will be the main business partner to our Application and Data Security customer facing teams in APJ by providing adequate sales and product trainings that enable faster go to market and higher productivity. Job Description

・Prospect, present, promote, propose, and sell company products to ship owners, ship management, ship operators and other clients in local and overseas market.

・To hunt, identify and develop potential new business opportunities.

・To handle sales enquiries, prepare quotation, QAP, drawings, specification & data sheets according to clients’ requirements and specifications.

・To work with sales team, internal and external stakeholders to achieve the required performance KPIs.

・To build and maintain client relationship and attend industry, company events or functions.

・Responsible for all technical matters and documentation.

・Attend and review enquiries and tender documents, its specification and documentation requirements.

・Prepare quotation, QAP, drawings, specification & data sheets according to clients’ requirements and specifications.

Job Requirement

You will be responsible for ensuring our products are well merchandised to end consumers.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily visits to assigned retail outlets and various locations as necessary
• Develop and maintain strong rapport with the various managers and staff of both the retailers and their stores
• Work closely with retailer/store personnel to ensure no out of stock situations
• Learn and understand from retailer/store teams on their various SOP and ways of working
• Coordinate with retailer/store on activities such as regular promo events, space buy, roadshows, sampling sessions and festive events
• Execute merchandising, display, and promotion/trade plans according to our merchandising standards
• Where needed, replenish stocks from cold room or back store to the store’s shelves and freezers
• Where possible, assist to improve planograms, maintain, and win product facings for our products
• Propose and execute specific in-store promotion/trade plans if opportunity arises

Key Requirements

The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for optimizing the sales team's performance through strategic planning, performance tracking, and operational efficiency within the Southeast Asia & Oceania region. This role involves managing key sales metrics, overseeing KPI performance, and ensuring effective supply chain management. Roles & Responsibilities

· Sales Metrics & KPI Management:

- Monitor and analyze sales performance data

- Track KPIs to assess team effectiveness and identify areas for improvement

· Strategic Planning:
