About the Role

Project Coordinators are based in each of our scientific divisions and support with a wide range of administrative, project coordination and scientific tasks. These divisions are broadly described as Evidence Development, Medical Communications and Market Access. The Project Coordinator will be primarily based in our Evidence Development division, but will work cross-divisionally, giving them the opportunity to explore a wide variety of project types and responsibilities.

The responsibilities of the Project Coordinator role are varied. What is the Difference Between the Project Coordinator and the Analyst/Medical Writer Roles?

Analysts, Medical Writers and Project Coordinators share a similar level of responsibilities; however the roles do differ significantly in terms of daily duties.

Analysts and Medical Writers conduct detailed analyses of scientific data to create a variety of materials that are presented to, and used by, our clients.

Whilst working on the same projects across a variety of disease areas, Project Coordinators use their scientific knowledge to provide project management support and administrative help to project teams, allowing the timely delivery of high quality work. The successful candidate will meet the following requirements:

1. Knowledge of the relevant CSS offerings portfolio in terms of the value to the client, to IBMC and to PANW

2. Ability to present the value of the strategic partnership and the CSS offerings to clients, PANW field sellers, and LCPs

3. Knowledge of the PANW product portfolio in terms of their value propositions to the client, to IBMC and PANW

4.Maintain an understanding of competitive products and technologies and accurately position PANW products in competitive scenarios.

5. Complete required online PANW sales training

* Perform sales administrative duties including generating quotations, proposals & preparation of samples

* Liaise with the internal department for smooth sample processing and timely delivery

* Provide a high level of customer service to ensure customer satisfaction

* Ensure customer's inquiries are addressed in full

* Perform any other duties from time to time as assigned by the superior

Requirements :

* Minimum O level or Higher NITEC Diploma in any discipline

* Graduates are welcome to apply as training will be provided

* Strong communication skills, with excellent organizational, administrative & problem-solving skills

* Ability to work with pressure & tight deadline

* Knowledge of SAP will be advantageous
