● To carry out inspection/trade demo/ material testing / mock up

● To ensure tiles/walls lay according to setting out plan.

● To verify VO and prepare back charges.

● Attend sub-con meetings.

● To check and ensure compliance with TOP check list and RI (Arch)

● Attend to archi materials, sample board, trade demo and shop drawings submission and submittal reviews comment from consultants.

● To update Arch. progress with scheduling tools.

● Other adhoc duties as assigned by the Immediate Supervisor/ Management.

● Ensure work activities are carried out in safe working environment.

Job Requirements

● Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

● Minimum 3 years of experience in construction industry as Architectural Coordinator

● Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design and project management software.

● Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.

● Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out all responsibilities of a Safety Coordinator for soil investigation, instrumentation and recharge well projects
• Oversee daily operations at site
• Develop and regular updates of Risk Assessments & Safe Work Procedures
• Issuance of PPE for new hire
• Upkeep safety documentations for various sites and project matters
• Liaise with field staff on all safety and health issues
• Reporting and carry out investigations on industrial accidents
• Attend all WHS meetings involving safety issues
• Liaise with clients for all safety matters pertaining to the project
• Conduct daily safety briefings, inspection of worksite to ensure compliance on safety matters
• Conduct safety orientation and toolbox meeting
• Conduct regular safety inspections of material tools, worksites etc
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• At least a Certificate or Diploma in a safety field
• Possess minimum 5 years of experience in LTA construction projects
• Must possess BCSS, 1st aid & Safety Coordinator Certificates
• Work at height / Supervisor is a must
• Lifting supervisor & RES certificate an advantage

Job Responsibilities:

- Engage with government agencies concerning delivery logistics.

- Develop and oversee daily delivery schedules for in-house drivers.

- Work collaboratively with the Sales and IT Departments on after-sales services.

- Maintain comprehensive asset inventory and data records.

- Coordinate with clients for relocation needs and manage arrangements with the in-house driver team.

- Schedule IT engineers for on-site tasks, including cryptographic erasure and verification, prior to coordinating equipment pickups from agencies.

- Compile and submit monthly reports related to each tender.

- Issue reminder emails at three, two, and one-month intervals to ensure timely return of equipment before lease expiration.

- Respond to incoming calls and emails from corporate clients.

- Assist the Manager with any additional tasks as needed.

Requirements:

- A minimum of a Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work autonomously.

- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

- Customer-focused approach with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
