Overview of Partnerships Team / Unit

The Partnerships Team develops and builds partnerships and relationships that drive income to support WWF’s conservation goals. This Position will support the Supply Chain/Customer Service funcion in Singapore, responsible for the day to day operations from a supply chain management perspective and strive for Total Customer Satisfaction (TCS) by resolving internal and external customer inquiries related to Customer Service function, serve as the primary link between the company, Service Provider (3PL) and customers. • Oversee Singapore Supply Chain to ensure all Supply Chain related activities done on time and deliver as per Sales / Customers’ need
• Manage 3PL warehouse to ensure smooth operations and meet KPI (to ensure all inbound,outbound, delivery, billing, monthly consignment stock count, annual stock count perform as per schedule)
