As a Sales Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing program guidance and support to students by assisting them to select and enroll in the right academic course to meet their educational needs and goals.

Job Responsibilities：

• Proactively provide before and after-sales consultation and service with detailed information about courses and programs, including their content and requirements.
• Handle all education-related application processes including completing application forms, submission of transcripts and pay fees.
• Identify, build, and manage good relationships with institutions, students, clients, and partners.
• Provide support for overseas branch office when required.
• Bring clients for site visit e.g. School/Hostel.
• Maintain regular communication and responsible for providing guidance and support to students before and after enrolment to school.
• Work closely with the marketing department in the sourcing and establishing of new partnerships and business opportunities.

Job Requirements:

• The candidate must possess at least an equivalent Diploma/Degree in any field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Prior experience in the private education or educational agency sector will be an advantage.
• Effectively bilingual in English and the Chinese Language (to maintain and develop relationships with English and Chinese-speaking key customers)

Responsibilities:

• Manage assigned projects to ensure quality and on time execution to the project’s specification and client’s expectation.
• Coordinate the production workflow between the Sales, Design, Procurement and Production departments including any external sub-contractors and suppliers.
• Manage sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure quality and on time delivery within project costs.
• Utilize company’s project management software to coordinate and communicate to project team members during the production process.
• Initiate Production Schedule and manage deadlines for the delivery of projects on time.
• Conduct project meetings as and when required, eg. for issues resolution and updates.
• Facilitate changerequests to ensurethat all partiesare informed and manage any impact on scheduleand budget.
• Managing client’s expectation during projecttransition period.
• Oversee onsite setup work to check on quality delivery, safe work procedures and on time completion, when required.
• Apply Permit To Work with supporting WSH documentation (Risk Assessment, Methods Statement, Safe Work Procedures) and any project-related admin work when required.
• Source for sub-contractors, suppliers and production material, when required.
• Conduct post project evaluation to identify key learning points for work improvement.

Requirements:
