Working together with a Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering SD-WAN sales in the region You are the primary point-of-contact for SD-WAN business in the region and are accountable for delivering at above quota sales performance in your region. Job Responsibilities

1. Building and Maintenance

• Support the Manager in the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure that the facilities at CDAC Headquarters and Centres are maintained to high standards.
• Assist in ensuring timely troubleshooting, service, and maintenance operations across all sites.
• Respond promptly to service requests and carry out maintenance tasks related to building and mechanical/electrical (M&E) services at CDAC locations.

• Maintain basic technical knowledge of M&E systems, including fire protection, audio-visual (AV), and air-conditioning, mechanical ventilation (ACMV) systems.

3. Compliance Monitoring

• Assist the Manager in ensuring that facilities meet government regulations, including health and safety, security, and energy efficiency standards. This includes adherence to Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies and Environmental Management Systems (EMS).

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Building Services, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in building facilities maintenance and project management, particularly in Additions & Alterations (A&A) works.
