General Insurance

• Accountable for review and renewal of Company’s general insurance, such as Group Business Travel insurance, Office insurance, Directors & Officers insurance, Fidelity Guarantee insurance

Expat Management

• Manage the relocation logistics for expatriates, including housing arrangements, transportation, and settling-in services;
• Administer expatriates’ accommodation, car rental and related maintenance services;
• Act as the main point of contact for expatriates, addressing their concerns and providing ongoing support;
• Plan and coordinate the repatriation process, assisting expatriates in their return to the home country or their next assignment.

Budget & Projects

• Achieve cost leadership by anticipating requirements; submitting information for budget preparation; scheduling expenditures, monitoring costs and analysing any variances;
• Undertake special projects that will help improve processes, create work efficiencies, and benefit the organisation, which includes planning, coordinate, communicate, execute, and of monitor results.

Human Resources Operational Support

In your role as eCommerce Sales Specialist/ Asst Manager/ Manager, you will play a pivotal role in JDE eCommerce within the SEA region. You will be an active member of the SEA eCommerce Center of Excellence Team (CoE), and will actively participate into the new dynamic of our fast growing coffee business on the on-line channel. You will be reporting to Head of e- Commerce ,South East Asia.

Key Responsibilities

• Defines & develops strategic pillars to drive growth across the region
• Ensure perfect implementation of the basics of eCommerce in the region to build on solid foundation for future sustainable growth
• Win with the winner, with perfect activations for key Events in eCommerce platforms
• Build strong relationship and JBP with external stakeholders such as eRetailers, Marketplaces, 3rd parties and partners
• Lead a test & learn approach from this extremely dynamic region, that can be shared with the eCom Global community
• Accompany the fast moving retailers Lazada/AliBaba/ Shopee/ Redmart/ Amazon etc … in their tests and new services, to gain a 1st mover advantage in Coffee
• Collaborate closely with the local marketing team to develop a differentiated e-commerce channel marketing and sales activation plan to drive key metrics , quality ads content and traffic acquisition
• Define analysis tools and dashboards to test and learn fast and nurture the JDE eCommerce strategy in the region.
• Identify and support any new or additional business opportunities, to improve, step change or create a breakthrough for the eCommerce channel, for eg, channel development, product development to operational improvements, innovations etc.
• Identify and close performance gaps at country
• Deliver business KPIs: Nos, GP, MarketShares, Share of Search, Eventing
• Partnership collaborations with external partners to drive higher value to our brands and eCommerce platforms

Job Purpose

The candidate will join the Group Sustainability Office and support the Chief Sustainability Officer in driving sustainability-related initiatives to meet both the regulatory requirement and voluntary ambition of achieving our mid-term and long-term sustainability targets. This can be achieved through:

(1) developing the decarbonisation strategy and pathway for the Group,

(2) supporting sustainability-related initiatives across the Group, and

(3) enhancing information and data collection with the ESG Data Management System (DMS) to support reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Define and monitor key environmental sustainability metrics with guidance from the management and Board Sustainability Committee
• Co-own the ESG Data Management System (DMS) with other key stakeholders as the main custodian of the corporate software
• Engage in yearly sustainability reporting procedures, encompassing disclosures in line with international Sustainability Frameworks
• Coordinate with key stakeholders to collect information and/or data for our Group Review, Sustainability Report, or periodic reporting to Temasek and relevant authorities
• Handle periodic reporting, tracking, managing and analysis of data related to ESG. Recommend and monitor Group-level ESG activities and projects to enhance sustainability efforts and achievement of sustainability KPIs
• Update the decarbonisation strategy and track the pathway for the group together with the Business Units, recommending possible solutions taking into account various growth trajectories
• Assist to keep abreast of ESG regulation, trends, market development and technology to feed into the company’s sustainability strategies, including the sustainability pathway and roadmap, working alongside with the Business Units to define future improvement plans and assessing implications
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to collaborate and promote various environment sustainability related initiatives within the company and across Business Units
• Bring environmental sustainability to every aspect of the company, integrating into various business functions of the company, including supporting and participating in any other Sustainability projects as directed
• Provide support for secretariat work and related responsibilities
• Provide support for the compilation of documentation for the ISO14001 environmental management system certification
• Plan, monitor and manage all finances related to the ESG cost centre

Qualifications & Work Experience

• University Degree, preferably in Environmental Sustainability / Climate Science, or relevant disciplines
• Knowledge and experience in global environmental standards and frameworks: such as GHG Protocol, Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), UN Sustainable Development Goals (UNSDGs), Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB), Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) and others
• Passionate in sustainability topics

Skills

Technical skills include:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office programmes

Generic skills include:

• Team player who is meticulous, analytical, and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills when communicating with key stakeholders (written and verbal)

We are now looking for an Admin Support Executive (Mailroom) who will be responsible for managing mailroom operations and supporting data quality initiatives. This role involves handling incoming and outgoing mail, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with data reconciliation tasks. Mailroom Duties:

• Manage office phone calls and address client inquiries via email.
