Your Career

As a Global Sales Support Specialist, you will provide support to our Field Sales Teams with quoting of complex deals, educating on one-off quotes to order inquiries, and advising on product configuration rules. You will also support short-term marketing sales promotions while collaborating with internal business partners to ensure that deals are moving forward.

The Cortex Specialist Systems Engineer is the interface between business and technology. Working closely both internally - with product and engineering to share feedback from the field, and externally - with our prospects and customers to understand their business needs and to design technical solutions that take the best advantage of the Cortex platform. Your Impact

• Drive complex deals in the pre-sale stage, alongside sales engineers and sales reps

• Present to customers as our expert at all levels in the customer hierarchy from technician to manager

• Support the technical field sales engineer on POCs (proof of concept) – assist with the pre-sales process by answering technical questions, conducting POC evaluations, and working with engineering to bridge any gaps

Job Scope :

1. Handle all day to day operations on Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger and Bank Reconciliation
2. Update and record all bank transactions and bills accurately into the accounting system
3. Manage and monitor supplier invoices, including follow up with internal team and liaising with suppliers regarding billing related matters, arrangement of payments to suppliers and update accounting entries
4. Assist in creating new customer details and updating customer information in Business Central system
5. Handle billings and sending of Statement of Accounts to customers.
6. Liaise with customers and handle their enquiries/ feedbacks on accounting related matters
7. Manages monthly reconciliation of account & assist in month-end closing activities
8. Assist in other administrative duties (archiving of documents, retrieving of letters from letterbox, replenishing of pantry & stationery items)

• 'O' level or Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 2-3 years’ accounting experience.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage daily cash management function, monitor cash flow movements, ensure all accurate and timely funding allocation (including external borrowing and intercompany loans).
• Ensure all surplus cash are utilized in an efficient manner to reduce financing cost or allocate surplus cash with banks that are on higher deposit interest yield to maximum the deposit interest return.
• Ensure timely and accurate automated execution of settlements via company Treasury Management System.
• Resolve irregularities and assisting to resolve any accounting discrepancies pertaining to treasury-related entries.
• Responsible for keeping proper daily record for all cash management function and all funding activities transactions.
• Generate accurate and timely daily and monthly reporting.
• Assist in design and implementation of treasury aspects of Management Information System.
• Provide trade finance support to trading desks to sell down counterpart / bank / country risks.

Experiences:

• At least 4-5 years of relevant work experience
• Understanding of trade finance instruments (Bill Collection, Standby Credit, Documentary Credit, Performance Bond)
