Corporate Recruitment

• Responsible for meeting or exceeding recruitment targets for company-sponsored students across all Academy programmes, including degrees offered by its partner universities
• Plan and review on monthly targets
• Work with the support from marketing to plan and outreach to new corporate partners with the objective of student recruitment
• Maintain relationships with existing corporate clients to maintain instream enrolments of students from these companies
• Plan and lead initiatives that serve to engage and increase student recruitment with corporate partners
• Work within the budget allocated

Corporate Partnerships

• Build on new/existing partnerships that create or add value to the marketing and recruitment efforts of Academy
• Create partnerships that offer Academy an alternative source of student recruitment through exclusive deals to the members of the partners
• Outreach and nurture relationships with partners

Others

• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business or its equivalent
• 5-8 years of experience
• Excellent sales, integrated marketing and project management experience
• Management and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task with high level of initiative and sound business acumen
• Independent and dynamic personality
• Fluent in suite of Microsoft Office applications
• Able to commit to supporting and/or leading events in the evenings and weekends when required. (not extensive)

Sales Manager

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.

Sales Manager Responsibilities

• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team

Sales Manager Requirements and skills

Primary Objective

• To manage a portfolio of Retail and non-Retail non-performing loans (“NPL”) and formulating strategies for recovery action;
• To provide effective management information support for diligent monitoring of NPL accounts and in ensuring prompt follow up actions;
• To assist in periodic internal and regulatory reporting of NPLs in a timely manner; and
• To assist in the administrative functions of Loan Recovery as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

To develop skillsets in recovery under the retail and non-retail NPL portfolio so as to achieve targeted recovery action to meet KPIs assigned.

Tasks

• To manage the legal recovery actions by the Bank including but not limited to appointment of external legal counsels in the Bank’s panel, liaising with the legal firms, collating and maintaining the borrowers’ information from various credit files, checking the accuracy of borrower’s information/data produced by the legal firms and following up on subsequent legal actions until all legal avenues have been fully exhausted.
• To tackfully engage with customers who responded to our legal actions for loan recovery/collections.
• To coordinate with / assist fellow colleagues to engage borrowers who responded to the Bank’s legal demands for formulation of a restructuring and rescheduling (R&R) plan under a credit application to management for approval. Thereafter, proper follow through in documentation/administration functions for implementation and monitoring that approved plans are diligently complied.
• To promptly and diligently file Proofs of Debt (“POD”) for borrowers bankrupted or under Debt Repayment Scheme.
• To assist in any reporting matters as assigned by the Head of Loan Recovery.

The Crisis Support Executive (CSE) in the Crisis Support Team supports the work of the Core Services by conducting initial assessment of clients’ risks and needs. This includes classifying of incoming calls, emails and text messages according to the risk levels. He/she decides the required follow up actions, which typically include referring of cases to the Clinical Team for crisis support or counselling.

CSE also makes preliminary outgoing calls, emails or text messages, if necessary, to facilitate the initial assessment in terms of client risk level. He or she provides frontline support to volunteers who are manning the organization’s 24-7 hotline service.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial assessment and classify incoming calls, emails and text messages according to the risk levels. Scope of work includes:

1. Classify calls, emails, text messages on the system
2. Make outgoing calls, emails or text messages where necessary to facilitate assessment
3. Provide first level response to low-risk clients where necessary
4. Provide information on SOS services or on community resources to third party callers
5. Support in the administration and documentation of the processes

• Frontline support to volunteers (SAMs) who are manning the organization’s 24-7 Services. Scope of work includes:

1. Assist with phone or chat duties in the event of shortage of volunteers
2. Being activated onsite to support persons in crisis or next-of-kins
3. Support in training and supervision of trainee volunteers
4. Orientate and guide new volunteers who have just started performing call or messaging duties on their own
5. Support and guide volunteers in the Phoneroom or over online platforms by listening in during calls or monitor chats and provide consultation where appropriate
6. Conduct debrief sessions with volunteers where necessary, especially for those who handled calls or chats with imminent risks and experienced distress as a result
7. Update volunteers on callers’ or clients’ development
8. Provide off-site support for volunteers outside of office hours where necessary

Educational Qualification:

• Diploma or equivalent in Social Work, Psychology or in Counselling (preferred)

Relevant Experience:

• On-the-job training available
• At least 1-2 years of experience in the Social Service Sector (preferred)
