Community Executive responsibilities include:

• Community management

• Local community: Identify outside organizers and encourage them to use our event space. Depending on the exact nature, these events should also be used to build Our Co-Sharing Space's CRM and digital community.

Responsibilities

• Able to manage large volume of shipping documentations accuracy checking for compliance and audit purpose.
• Ensures complete and accurate switched shipping documents, including vendors' documents, received from bonded provider - to be e-filed for purchase and sales recognition ( system vs. actual vs. data interface received at Accounting ), and audit purposes.
• Check accuracy' for submissions related to non-trading and payment for Navision invoices received from bonded provider - for submission to Accounting.

Team Summary

The Director, Gaming Vertical Lead will be a part of the AP Growth Verticals team within the Merchant Sales and Acquiring (MS&A) hub organization. This is a team of thought leaders and execution-focused specialists who work with market teams to deploy acceptance growth initiatives, issuance opportunities, and seller-side solutions to catalyze growth across Asia Pacific. The team is also the regional co-ordination point and interface into the global verticals and segments and drives the overall strategy for multiple initiatives to grow Visa’s acceptance footprints.

As a key member of this team based in Singapore, you will be the subject matter expert for helping Visa’s market teams in identifying and delivering on opportunities within the Gaming vertical with client segments such as developers, publishers, console manufacturers and other gaming partners/enablers. This role will report to the Head of AP Co-brand & Growth Verticals in AP.

What a Gaming Vertical Lead does at Visa:

• Build, own and drive Visa’s Gaming segment strategy for merchants, acquirers, and enablers across the Gaming value-chain in Asia Pacific.
• Be the subject-matter-expert to Visa market teams to grow Visa acceptance, co-brands opportunities, acceptance solutions and various payment flows with gaming merchants (eg: game developers, online gaming platforms, console manufacturers) as identified in the regional Gaming strategy.
• Engage with ecosystem players including game developers, console manufacturers, gaming associations, digital distribution platforms and others to identify and build opportunities/partnerships to grow Acceptance in Gaming, update on trends and obtain industry feedback.
• Collaborate with key partners - both internal and external – in defining and executing Visa’s Gaming strategy in the region. Specifically, this includes building compelling sales collateral, developing a sales pipeline, co-pitching with respective Account Executives, partnering with Product teams to define appropriate products/services, Portfolio Optimization and building commercial arrangements where required.
• Front client engagements on relevant products/solutions such as Co-Brands, CyberSource, Tokenization etc and articulate Visa value proposition in Gaming customer-centric language.
• Increase Visa share of processed volume and grow Visa revenue (from core and Value-added Services) in the Gaming vertical.
• Be a thought leader and champion of innovation by staying current with industry trends, representing Visa in Gaming forums and market activities as a subject matter expert.

The Regional Sales Excellence team has the mandate to develop Visa’s strategy to deliver against regional priorities that drive efficiency and effectiveness of Visa’s sales teams. The team has the “A” on delivering Sales 2.0 in the region. Sales 2,0  aims to ensure Visa transforms itself to a best-in-class sales organization and is arguably one of the most immediate of the companies’ key priorities. In addition to delivering on the 5 pillars of Sales 2.0, the team identifies growth areas for the business and drives focused execution of key priorities across a very diverse set of objectives. What a Director, Sales Excellence does at Visa:

The Director role in the Sales Excellence team sits within the Presidents Organization, and reports into the Senior Director of AP Sales Excellence. Based ideally at Visa's regional headquarters in Singapore (Robinson Road), the role will work very closely with the rest of the regional team as well as regularly liaise with in-market leads and global counterparts especially the PMO office running Sales 2.0 which is a senior and seasoned team. The role has a strong focus on identifying and executing on Sales 2.0 implementation in the markets, co-leading, monitoring and measuring the effectiveness of each pillar of Sales 2.0, and key work streams based on strategy and project manage the delivery of key initiatives. “Backwards influencing” the global strategy in order to shape Sales 2.0 to AP’s unique needs will be crucial to this role.

This is in addition to coaching & leading a direct report. Core deliverables are as below:

• Own and execute Sales 2.0 strategies in AP with a clear go to market approach across all 5 elements.
• Engage, “influence”, shape the global teams PMO office to ensure an AP flavor and relevance on Sales 2.0
• Accountable , Set, review, and maintain the highest levels of excellence in sales planning and sales operations. Embed tools, process, knowledge, and capability consistently across Asia Pacific that will drive the highest quality of execution and sales discipline

Role Summary: Part of the Fleet Management department (FMD), this role is to ensure proper monitoring of cadets and crews with respect to their key performance indicators (KPI).

Role and Responsibilities:

Cadet Management

• PIC of all matters related to Cadets.
• Annual Cadet budget forecasting.
• Cadet count and status forecasting (currently 6 nationalities).
• End to end recruitment.
• Planning of assignments for cadets and pre-embarkation briefings.
• Verifying of invoices before submitting for approval and payments.
• Coordination of payroll.
• Cadet documentation checks and uploading into Crew Management System (CMS).
• Claiming for SMarT funding (MCA) and audited by SMarT/MCA.
• Monitoring of cadets’ progress and reports when they in college and at sea.
• Maintaining frequent contact and be the point of contact and answering to cadet’s queries.
• Preparing and updating Cadet Agreement Contracts, Cadet to Officer package and contracts.
• Arranging for technical interviews and proposing promotions for graduated Cadets.

Crew Management

• Maintaining a good working relationship with Company’s external Crew Managers (6 crew managers);
• Weekly meeting with Crew Managers on overdue crew status and operational updates.
• Monthly meeting with crew managers for Officer’s rotational planning.
• Monthly checking of Crew Manager’s KPI.
• Scanning and sending MPA CoE.
• Approving of travel invoices.
• Managing Travel Agents:

1. PIC to Crew Managers on issues and feedbacks from the Travel Agents (currently 2 travel agents);
2. Managing and implementing the change to new Travel Agents and Integration of travel portal in CMS;
3. Training and implementation of travel portal for travel booking to Crew Managers;

1. PIC to Crew Managers for issues/questions they have with CMS.
2. Administrator & housekeeping responsibilities.Setting and confirming of wage scale.
3. Creating of new vessel profiles and updating Safe Manning of vessels.

• Power BI
• Working with BTT to create Power BI reports as needed by the Management (9 reports currently).

Ad hoc tasks:

• Providing safety briefings to Nautical Colleges when invited.
• Co-ordinating Cadet’s video interview for Company’s Communication Team.
• Contributing to the Company’s social media articles and newsletters on Cadets and fleet management department subjects.
• Any other tasks required by the Managing Director and the Head of Marine.
• Any support (crew related) needed by the Superintendents and Senior Vessel Planner.

Requirements:

Education, Knowledge & Working Experience

• Minimum Diploma in Maritime Studies or Human Resources or related.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
• Minimum 4-5 years of proven relevant working experience in cadet and crew management.
• Working knowledge of crew accounting system & codes, budget and document control.
• Working Knowledge in recruiting offshore personnel.
• Experience in working in a multi-cultural environment.
• Sailed as a cadet would be an advantage.

• Responsible for developing and maintaining of non-ferrous trading business in global scale (both purchasing and sales) of products and scrap metals.
• Use market intelligence to identify new suppliers / customers in the region and develop new account, by representing the company at conferences, trade shows etc.
• Manages own / team’s purchasing and selling portfolio, liaise with logistic / operations, and risk management teams to ensure smooth, profitable operations.
• Participate in entertainment occasions with suppliers and customers;
• In order to adapt into industry culture, as well as to maintain close relationship and well-being.

Requirements

• Possess university degree or diploma in any field.
• Experience as sales in commodity trading / Non-ferrous business will be added advantage.
