• Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and reports
• Prepare annual financial statements and audit schedules
• Collaborate with bankers and advisors to ensure seamless execution of financial transactions
• Liaise with outsourced providers for corporate secretarial matters
• Assist with the tax computation for ECI tax provision and final tax filing purposes
• General operations of the SFO, including HR, IT, grants and corporate communications
• Implement solutions that will have meaningful impact on the investment and non-investment related functions
• Plan and execute various programmes and events related to the mission and stakeholders of the SFO
• Liaise with 3rd party vendors or potential partners to develop relationships

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a B2B Business Development Executive at Fluid located in Singapore, with flexibility for some remote work. The manager will be responsible for sourcing and developing B2B partnerships, driving an influx of sales pipeline, cold-calling and setting up sales campaigns to improve top of funnel.

• Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and cold outreach to generate new business opportunities.
• Client Outreach and Relationship Building: Initiate contact with potential clients, nurture relationships, and engage in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and position the company's products or services as solutions.
