Responsibilities

Sales Operation Support

• Prepare, generate & follow up on Proforma Invoice, Contract of Sales, Sales Order Confirmation, Quotation & other sales related documents

Position Overview

Operations Executive: This role demands excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and work independently.

Key duties of an Operations Executive include:

Operations Executive Duties:

• Allocate and assign job orders to Cargo Officers.
• Coordinate with agents, manage bunker supplies, and supervise terminal loadings promptly.
• Keep an organized filing system, update records, and manage databases.
• Schedule daily operations to guarantee smooth fleet management.
• Stay in close communication with ship agencies to receive timely updates.
• Assist in any additional tasks, projects, or duties as required.

In conclusion, an Operations Executive must be adept at multitasking, work independently, and possess strong communication and organizational skills, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the department.

Job responsibility

• Responsible for accounting processes and tasks (eg AR process, GL, account reconciliation, etc)
• Prepare financial reports such as balance sheet, income statements and cash flow statements
• Support and ensure compliance with all finance filling requirements, tax filing requirements (GST etc)
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions include account payable and receivable, expenses and revenues
• Provide financial advisory services to clients, offer insights and recommendations on financial management and budgeting

Qualification

• You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
