• Support & contribute to Business management in business planning for Remittance Operations to meet the bank’s values and the company’s mission and objectives.

• Responsible for Remittance Group’s adherence to Banks’ respective control framework, identifying & reporting gaps (via RCSA, MSII process), control reviews by internal & external auditors, resolution of any gaps observed as an outcome
• Regular review of group procedure manual (BOP) to ensure the group operations is in accordance with SMBC policies, audit comments and in compliance to local as well as related overseas law and regulations.
• Responsible for overseeing and governing offshored processes in line with applicable rules/market practices. Maintain close partnership and collaboration with Shared Service Centre (SSC). Hold regular meetings with SSC to understand issues and work on improvement. Also provide support to SSC by continuously sharing best practices, applicable market practices, and other updates, including regulatory matters.
• Responsible for contributing & executing Remittance Operational Resiliency plan/s and conducting regular reviews of Remittance Group’s BCP drill test scripts and allocating staff members' participation in BCP drills.
• Responsible for timely and accurate submission of remittance-related internal and external reporting requirements, including local and external Regulators (e.g., MAS, MOFA, JFSA, etc.)
• Responsible for approval of transactions and other related workflows on a day to day basis as per underlying authority (including delegated).

Requirements

• Degree in Banking and finance or equivalent. Excellent knowledge of Remitance operations and applicable market best practices.
• At least 10 years of experience in Remittance Operations, of which last 3-5 years as Group Head managing a team of more than 15 staff. Experience in managing offshored processes resulting in effective oversight & governance.
• Knowledge and experience in Cash Operations, including Global Markets Operations for e.g., Pre-settlement, Settlement & Post-Settlement activities and Controls

WORKING AREA- LOYANG

Responsibilities :

• Manage and maintain relationship with key accounts
• Visit retail outlets/ supermarket/pharmacy daily as per assigned route
• Build good rapport with stores
• Suggest order quantity
• Display stock and monitor stock level in stores
• Meeting sales target
• Check and ensure accuracy of PO issued
• Communicate various promotions to stores
• Negotiate for space rental with outlets
• Physical work required to move stock and display in supermarkets
• Other Ad-hoc duties as assigned

1) Accountable to achieve sales objectives and targets

• Strive to meet individual sales goals and KPIs for individually assigned territory and product lines.
• Manage pre-sales and post-sales products, and customer support.
• Selling products and services using solid arguments to prospective customers
• Manage new and existing accounts by implementing sales strategies and tactics
• Make a defined number of calls per day to clinics, hospitals, and polyclinics (i.e. detailing)
• Drive listing of new products in clinics, hospitals, and polyclinics.
• Provide accurate information to clients/customers for product understanding and usage
• Timely submission of daily calls and sales performance forecasts and reports.

2) Sales activities and events

• Organize group-selling activities (GSA) and blitz promotions in the market.
• Participate in events organized by the company.
• Present the product or service favorably and in a structured professional way face-to-face.

3) Account management and development

• Acquire product knowledge through product training and self-reading from time to time identify business leads and opportunities through quality follow-up or networking to have continuous growth.
• Build and maintain good rapport with customers, keep abreast of key market developments and potential impact on sales and performances
• Gather intelligence and share feedback on sales performances, customers, market, and competitors.

4) Others

• Participate in projects as required by management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional and quality concierge services to customers
• Communicate and handle customer requests or enquiries via phone, email, online platform in a clear, professional and timely manner
• Establish relationships with customers with a positive customer experience after every contact
• Provide support for Material Planners, risk management and marketing research
• Plan, manage and support marketing campaigns/branding/events and hosting with various team functions
• Manage and monitor the corporate gifts inventory for gifting
• Produce regular reports on marketing and manpower capacity, including scheduling and coordinating sales appointments
• Assist in sample preparation, collection and delivery
• Ensure corporate image is maintained
• To ensure that conditions of riceLAB (showroom) is well maintained
• Receive and manage mails and packages
