• Gain understanding of customer base, competition, and pricing; Develop and implements strategic sales plans within the channel.
• Manage customer profitability including efficient sales and trade spending against budgets.
• Achieve / exceed KPI set with the customer and report on monthly results.
• Analyse customer monthly sales performance and develops recommended action plans as needed.
• Meetings with customer and conducting instore visits to ensure compliance in stores.
• Maintain a healthy inventory at customer warehouse while achieving the channel sales objectives.

Internal

• Work in close partnership with brand and trade marketing to ensure development and implementation of category strategy and ensure smooth and successful execution on ground.
• Monthly forecast review to ensure that supply can meet channel demand trending.
• Timely submission of finance accural and knockoff.
• Overall continuous improvement – identifying opportunities for efficiency and profitability management of category.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree / Diploma level in a Commercial subject.
• Relevant experience with a fast moving consumer goods company with at least 3 years key account management skills. Experience in Traditional Trade is preferred but not a must.
• Additional functional experience, preferably in Marketing, Trade Marketing and/or Finance is an advantage.
• Experience of influencing and engaging in customer organizations.

Responsibilities:

1. Generate sales estimates and negotiate maintenance contracts for elevator, escalator, and moving sidewalk parts.
2. Follow up with customers for invoicing on completed work.
3. Prepare quotations, update sales progress, and issue job instructions.
4. Update sales activities in the software.
5. Report to superiors, maintain records, and ensure compliance with the Environmental Policy.

Requirements:

1. Basic administrative skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
2. Experience in negotiating with external customers.
3. Previous sales or customer service experience.
4. Ability to handle and analyze large quantities of data.
