PRIMARY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Finance Functions

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain good relationship with existing customers by conducting a routine of customer visits.
• Stay informed about all customer feedback and promptly respond to resolve issues.

HR Executive

• Assist employment recruitment and onboarding
• Conduct training and development activities.
• Assist in payroll activities
• Manage employment compensation, benefits and welfare programs.
• Assist in employment performance evaluation
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual HR reports.

HR Manager

• Liaise closely with Business Partner and also HR centers to assist in operation functions including of Manpower Planning, Talent & Development, Labor & Employee Relations etc

• Giving advise to managers and staff on employment legislation
• Overseeing all employee services
