Job Description

1. Opening new and servicing existing customer outlets for new and recurring orders
2. Develop and maximise sales with customers through strong rapport and professional business relationship
3. Keep up to date on prices and ensure good performance on distribution of products to customers
4. Reminders and collections of outstanding payments/bills
5. General reporting of sales performance within your portfolio, to the Company
6. Ad-hoc duties as per customer/ management request

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of relevant Alcohol Beverage/ FMCG sales experience with good sales record
• Strong network with F&B sector will be a plus
• Must be self driven and able to work independantly without supervision
• Good verbal communication
• Positive attitude and strong passion in sales
• Min GCE ‘O’Level

Key Responsibilities:

Stakeholder Engagement and Empowerment:

· Develop and nurture meaningful relationships with disability touchpoints, including social service agencies, healthcare professionals, schools, coaches, parents, and caregivers, to successfully engage more persons with disabilities.

· Proactively engage with existing and potential partners to collaboratively design, refine, and implement impactful and sustainable community sports programs tailored to persons with disabilities.

· Develop a capability development framework to enhance the knowledge, and capabilities of existing and potential partners, so as to drive sustainable programme development

· Represent SDSC at conferences, speaking engagements and meetings, championing the cause of sports participation among individuals with disabilities.

Database Management and Resource Optimization:

· Develop an efficient database management system to provide timely guidance and support to individuals with disabilities, ensuring lifelong enjoyment of sports, effective talent confirmation, and smooth transitions.

· Establish comprehensive resource directories for program offerings and equipment inventories. Implement a streamlined system to maximize the utilisation of these resources, empowering both our partners and individuals with disabilities to access essential tools for their participation and growth.

Volunteer Management and Framework Development:

· Lead the development of a comprehensive and strategic volunteer management framework to efficiently address the increasing demand for volunteers in our community outreach activities

Policy Development and Strategic Planning:

Formulate innovative policy recommendations and strategic plans aimed at significantly enhancing the participation, enjoyment, and · overall well-being of individuals with disabilities through sport and physical activity.

· Create and communicate a compelling, user-friendly end-to-end journey for community participants, partners, and volunteers.

Data Analysis, Reporting, and Collaboration:

· Generate data-driven insights, reports, and presentations to provide valuable perspectives on community para sports participation and engagement.

· Partner closely with the Communications and Finance teams to secure and deliver impact reports for grants, sponsorships, and donations.

Leadership and Team Support:

· Collaborate seamlessly with the Senior Manager, extending support across various areas as required to ensure organizational efficiency and effectiveness. Foster a close connection with the Pathway and Performance Director to align with strategic objectives for high-performance para sport success.

· Provide guidance and mentorship to staff and colleagues, to enhance teamwork, and strengthen organizational impact.

Candidate Requirements:

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in roles related to community partnerships, development, or sports management, with a demonstrated track record of successful stakeholder engagement

· A deep commitment to promoting inclusivity and equal opportunities for individuals with disabilities in sports and physical activities

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to derive meaningful insights from data and convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences

· Highly adept at building and maintaining relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including sports providers, volunteers, social service agencies, healthcare professionals, schools, coaches, parents, and caregivers

· Excellent multitasking abilities

· Strong leadership skills, including the ability to guide and mentor colleagues, foster collaboration, and lead teams effectively

· Willingness and ability to commit to event and program participation during weekends and beyond regular office hours when necessary (time will be compensated)

· A strong collaborative spirit, willingness to work with cross-functional teams, and the ability to build consensus.

-To develop a schedule program for the commencement and completion of all construction / renovation works to tie in with the committed schedule.

-To review and provide solutions to technical problems as well as plan, monitor and report shop drawing production progress.

Preparation of technical submissions for materials, construction methods and all shop drawings.

-To provide resolution to construction issues on drawings and liaise closely with Architectural and M&E teams as well as the authorities

-To coordinate, monitor and control sub-contractors’ progress and quality of works.

-To coordinate sub-contractors’ work so that there are no conflicts amongst sub-contractors.

-To delegate work to the general workers and assign them duties.

-To liaise with suppliers on the products needed for the projects and the delivery schedule.

-To carry out submission to client for materials, shop drawings and method statements approvals before commencement of work.

-To ensure timely delivery of materials and goods to site.

-To liaise with client in solving technical and detailing issues of construction / renovation works.

-Attend project coordination meetings.

-To report to Project Director the progress of construction / renovation works.

-Assist Quantity Surveyor to carry out verifications for various claims

-To verify sub-contractors claim for works done.

-Assist Project Director in compilation of handing over documents including As-built drawings.

-To assist Project Director in the coordination, monitoring and control of site safety & health.

-Liaison with Client's team on site for compliance to quality, inspection process and maintaining a good working relationship

-Oversee construction projects to ensure procedures, quality of works and materials of construction comply with specifications, contract, and quality.

-Liaison with clients, contractors and suppliers, etc to ensure successful implementation of the project.

-Understands the specifications, drawings, scope and sequence of works.

-Ability to propose alternative material or work method for construction / renovation works.

-Ability to interpret construction drawings for any discrepancies.

To manage project site during Elevator installations.
Able to do required QAQC documentation and project management.
Attend meetings and ensure site project is completed.
Responsible for site preparations and follow-up of site readiness
Customer and Sub-contractor Relationship management:

Accountable for customer satisfaction and quality of installation
Accountable for Sub-contractor quality and Safety performance
Single point of contact towards the customer during installation regarding site management, responsible for internal and external communication during the project
Aims at achieving allocated sales targets and add-on sales and variations during installations
Develops and maintains a cordial and professional relationship with the sub-contractors
Requirement:

Relevant experience around 4 years
Prefer with CSCPM Cert (MANAGE WORKPLACE SAFETY AND HEALTH IN CONSTRUCTION SITES)
Relevant studies Mechanical Engineer

• Continually manage stakeholder expectations through governance processes.
• Deliver appropriate and effective executive level communication.
• Provide status reporting regarding milestones, deliverable, dependencies, communicating across team and business leadership and stakeholders.

2. Process and Delivery Execution

• Manage a portfolio of complex initiatives that span one or multiple lines of business.
• Own the full project life cycle end to end (Hybrid between Waterfall and Agile).
• Ensure the program is aligned to and supports strategic objectives.
• Prepare detailed project plan for all phases of the project.
• Manage the day-to-day project activities, including project management working and steering committees.
• Understand interdependencies between technology, operations and business needs.
• Monitor, track and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies and critical path deliverables.
• Ensure that projects and programs are proceeding according to scope, schedule, budget and quality standards.

Key Requirements

• Banking experience in Retail products, Operations, Process and operating models.
• Experience in leading and executing large Credit Cards project covering acquiring and issuing. Experience on loyalty and rewards is a plus (over 10 years is preferred).
• Degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus.
• A confident and self-aware leader with a high degree of independence.
• Demonstrated 5-10 years of experience in project management.
• Full end to end project management in a lead role.
• Direct responsibility of project budgets of $5 - $15 million dollars.
• Executive level communication skills with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to multi-task and perform well under pressure.
• Monitor, track and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies and critical path deliverables.
