Guest Relations Manager, Front Office

The Guest Relations Manager is a key member of the Rooms Management Team, overseeing the hotel lobby and ensuring a pleasant arrival/departure experience. As the first and last impression of the hotel, this high-profile role carries significant responsibility.

What you will do:

As the Guest Relations Manager, you will oversee and mentor a dedicated team, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences. You will manage guest arrivals, departures, and billing requirements, swiftly resolving any discrepancies efficiently by ensuring seamless communication between department managers.

Exceptional customer service is at the heart of this role. You will professionally handle guest interactions, accurately assess and respond to guest needs, provide personal recommendations, and ensure maximum guest satisfaction while adhering to all Four Seasons policies.

Your ability to act swiftly in matters related to guest and employee safety, security, and satisfaction is key, in the absence of senior managers. Schedule & Hours:

This position requires a person with a flexible schedule and the ability to work on a rotating shift basis, including occasional overnight shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

• To drive the application and implementation of IDD in JTC Projects.
• To steer relevant stakeholders towards a fully integrated data-driven mode of operation for JTC’s building and infrastructure projects;
• To develop and implement Employer’s Information Requirement (EIR) for the Built Environment projects together with the project team
• In charge of the issuance of EIR as per project specific requirement (before call of tender), amend as necessary by consulting JTC prior to issuance, support project team in tender evaluation and queries, review and enforce the digital implementation according to JTC’s Employer Information Requirement (EIR) and Model Content Requirement (MCR) as per each project, make suggestions to improve upon it, provide JTC with the feedback collected from project team;
• Involved in managing the Common Data Environment (CDE) JTC’s project delivery platform OPTIMUS (all versions). Assist in helping with the configuration and setting up project environment in OPTIMUS. Handle user-based process query and handholding and clinic sessions if necessary for each assigned project.
• Check Building Information Modelling (BIM) model quality and ensure BIM data standardization according to JTC’s standards and specification at all project milestones as defined in EIR and MCR. Review contractor and consultants’ submission of Building and Operation Data (BOD) according to MCR. Ensure that all BIM models are updated and submitted on time into OPTIMUS at specified project milestones. In charge of updating assigned project’s shared parameters, template file for BOD schedules, and updated model content objects for assigned project as required and store the latest file inside OPTIMUS.
• Practice Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) – use of specific digital technologies and tools to integrate work processes and improve construction workflows. These include Virtual Design Construction (VDC), drone-based inspection, lidar scanning / point cloud models, 360 photo platform, and others as defined in the project’s EIR. Conduct IDD bi-monthly review meetings for each project.
• Assist in JTC’s corporate digital project if so directed. Such as innovation projects, updating of corporate MCR library, etc

Qualification:

• Possess a Tier 2 Digital Delivery Management (DDM) Accreditation Scheme by building SMART Singapore or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience in implementing Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) for project delivery and built environment industry
