Oversee the delivery of IT services, ensuring they meet established SLAs and service quality standards.

· Handle escalations and major incidents, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication with stakeholders. Investigate and escalate lapses or complaints relating to the Service Desk Engineers to the EDX team.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in automotive maintenance, project management, or engineering operations control, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Proven experience managing complex automotive maintenance projects. PMP or similar certification is advantageous.
