Job Scope:

- Handle Day-To-Day Business Operations of Singapore's #1 Education Agency

- Attend to interested clients via various forms of warm leads (form orders, calls, WhatsApp...etc)

(no cold-calling or anything of that sort!)

- Assist clients in shortlisting and recommending suitable tutor profiles based on their criterias

- Coordinate and arrange 1st tuition lesson for clients and tutors

- Follow-up with any necessary administrative support and after-sales service

- Familiarize with and utilize custom-made company software which is focused on automation

Salary:

Responsibilities:

• Execution of plans at construction site
• Execute project plan and ensure works completed as per schedule and in accordance to contract specification and design drawing
• Ensure construction site fulfils authority's code of practice and comply with in-house safety rules & regulation.
• Liaise with parties involved in the project including authorities, consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Attend site meetings and inspections, report regularly on progress and monitor schedule
• Monitor work schedules, project costing, procurement, and coordination with all parties to ensure work completed within target time and budget
• Update construction drawings
• Feedback to Project Manager on any issue encounter on-site and proposed feasible solution.
• Review of civil & structural working drawings and shop drawings
• Organize regular meetings with sub-contractor’s technical teams to resolve technical problems in pre-construction and construction phase.
• Preparation of RFI for site inspection for construction, MPI test, welding works and post concrete works and also involving in site inspections with RTO.
• Tracking and optimizing manpower for each works.

Requirements:

• Min. Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Engineering (Metal Fabrication/Tool & Dry/Welding) or any related field
• Possess experience in AutoCAD software
• Min. 4-5 years of experience as a Site Manager
