• Responsible for preparation and Implementation of Project Quality Assurance Plan (PQAP)and Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) and Site QA/QC Audit.
• Responsible for establishing System Turn Over Packages and system handover documentation.
• Asses the implementation of the Quality Plan and Quality Control Plans on site
• Ensure the project QA/QC plan follows specifications and contract requirements
• Coordinate with quality inspections with all the site subcontractors and vendors and coordinate all non-destructive testing on-site.
• Review and prepare reports on Authority inspections.
• Distribute relevant QA/QC documentation to site subcontractors
• Verify the quality-related site activities are in accordance with the applicable codes and standards.
• Participate in the site's internal and external site audits

Pre-requisites:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in power plants construction projects
• Familiar with ASME CODE AND AWS D1.1 Code standards
• Knowledge of QC inspection standards and procedures
