â—Ź Oversee day-to-day operations of the clinics
● Lead a team of administrative staff and optometrists to ensure that all the clinics’ daily operational activities run smoothly
â—Ź Coordinate and communicate between the management team, clinic staff and patients
â—Ź Oversee the assignment of tasks and manpower distribution of clinic staff
● Planning of employees’ development and training program
â—Ź Involvement in the recruitment process of clinic staff
â—Ź Evaluate, develop and implement new protocols in discussion with the management team to enhance patient care, optimize clinic operations and improve staff performance
â—Ź Performing staff reviews together with the management team to help employees achieve individual as well as organizational goals
● Supervise and manage clinics’ billing processes, financial documents, purchases, inventory, as well as maintenance of clinic equipment.
â—Ź Overseeing and supporting the teams at the various clinics with regards to administrative issues such as Medisave/insurance claims, financial counselling, payment issues or difficult patient situations
â—Ź Oversee the management of front desk counter for patient registration/appointment schedule/inventory for the clinic
â—Ź Setting up of new clinics and ensuring that procedures and policies are in keeping with regulatory authority requirements
