• Update changes and ensure up to date content in digital models and all related documentation such as detailing and shopdrawing, over all phases in the project development lifecycle.
• Extraction of quantities and object information schedules to support other activities such as Estimates and Cost Planning
• Prepare, maintain and ensure conformance to timeline assigned for all project tasks abd deliverables among all stakeholders, as accordance to Corp-BEP
• Derive workable Project Look-Ahead Timeline
• Ensure team conformance on Project Look-Ahead
• Close assigned Ad-hoc deliverables promptly.
• Printing of project Construction-related drawings in both digital and hardcopy format for distribution, such as Construction Drawing, Shop-drawings, As-Built and any other deliverables described in corporate BIM standards and Project BEP.

Requirements:

• Good communication and writing skills. Oversees and guide juior staff development in modeling compliance. Lead, manage and participate in all BIM-related project team discussion.
• Must be conversant in using BIM Software to support digital modeling in all essential work trades described in project BEP.
• Capability of reading, understanding, and preparing construction-related drawing used in organization for its projects, such as Setting-Out, CBP, CSD, 4-in-1, Prefab (including PBU) and rebar drawings.
• Understanding of VDC framework to Project Design and Construction BIM Processes
• Utilizing at least three components of VDC in their day-to-day operations on site (ICE/ BIM/ PPM/ Metrics) and ensuring timely updates on progress reporting metrics.
• Utilizing corporate CDE to manage project deliverables, accordance Project guidelines and standards
• Primary Skills: Revit, AutoCAD, Civil-3D, Navisworks, Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, Powerpoint, MS-Team)
• Secondary Skills: Dynamo, Sketchup, Form-IT, Recap, Vehicle Tracking
• Ability to recognize, identify, recommend and follow through productivity improvement elements with technology in the project, such as methodology

Responsibilities

• Lead the works in accordance with site specific HSEQ Construction Methodologies, Risk Assessments, Site Rules and Keller Policies and Procedures.
• Understand and manage clients' requirements and their obligations in the development of a building design.
• Liaising positively & actively with clients, consultants & authorities using his/her technical expertise to adopt / accept / approve the technical proposal for the projects.
• Ensure the design process recognises current legislation, standards and codes of practice.
• Ensure the design information is of the right quality and keeps pace with project timescales.
• Strive to eliminate health and safety risks in the design and financial risks during construction.

• Be involved in society work, including writing papers to seminars.
• Design D&B solutions, including solutions for ground improvement where relevant.

• Conduct regular site visits to train and create buy-in from site personnel to promote quality and good practices.

This role may require travel to overseas offices to participate in global expertise groups occasionally.

Requirements

• PEB-recognised bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or higher.
• At least 10 years experience in a geotechnical design role in the construction industry.
• Experience with PLAXIS will be advantageous.
