HealthServe Clinic is an IPC registered charity which serves disadvantaged migrant workers through the provision of holistic services, including affordable medical and dental care.

We are looking for someone who is keen to join us in our advocacy for a society where every migrant worker lives a life of health, well-being and dignity. We need a dedicated and capable clinic manager to oversee the daily operations of our clinic. Duties will include implementing procedures to optimise patient care and managing the budget, and training of staff members.

Responsibilities

• In charge of daily clinic operations, including staff scheduling and management, patient flow management, handling patient feedback and complaints and doctor scheduling management.
• Provide assistance to dentists for clinical procedures where needed.
• Work on areas of improvement for dental clinic processes and protocols to ensure effective and efficient operations.
• Handle enquiries or feedback via various communication channels.
• Provide excellent customer service to all potential and existing patients to maintain high qualification.
• Manage inventory including ordering, stock taking, and general housekeeping of medication, consumables and equipment.
• Ensure dental clinic operations adheres to healthcare regulations and standard, including renewal of clinic license and facilitating MOH inspection processes.
• Familiar with clinic management software, electronic health records and digital appointment scheduling systems.
• Manage a team of staff, which includes providing counselling, training and development and to improve their performance.
• Collaborate with healthcare service providers to promote clinic services and increase patient flow.
• Monitor and manage clinic budget, expense and revenue generation.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree holder an advantage.

• At least 3 years of relevant clinic operations of which with at least 1 year of experience in managing clinic operations.

Work Hours

There is flexibility in arrangement of work hours; the Dental Clinic Manager must be able to fulfill some of the volunteer clinic evening / weekend shifts:

• Clinic Operating Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.30am – 6.00pm,
• Volunteer Clinic Operating Hours: Weekdays, 6.00pm – 10.00pm & 1 Weekend, 2.30pm-6.00pm

JOB OVERVIEW

The F&B Supervisor manages staff on shift, and assigns staff to workstations on each shift. He/she also leads staff compliance on service, food hygiene, safety and other standards amongst the team on each shift. He/she also performs closing of accounts and ensure accuracy of the sales accounts at all times.

Dutieis

- Brewing of fusion coffee and tea (training provided).

- Train staffs on day to day operations

- Fast-paced environment especially during peak hours.

- Inspect cleanliness of the takeaway kiosk.

- Able to handle cash and POS system and perform account reconciliation

- Ensure shops/kiosks are all on high health, safety and sanitation guidelines and good hygiene standards.

- Monitor, track and manage stock inventory ordering.

Key Responsibility

- Monitor and order goods from local supplier as needed.

- Record Goods Received into system.

- Generate quotations/invoices/DN/CN

- Submit e-invoice for specific customer

- Coordinate logistics for sales activities.

- Follow up and update status on delivered invoices and specific customer payments.

- Handle phone calls, emails, and general administrative tasks for the sales and operations team.

- Assist in generating sales reports.

- Assist in documentation filling, ensure accurate and up-to-date record keeping and filing systems.

- Assist in month-end closing and yearly stock take.

- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor/ manager

Requirement

- Minimum 'O' level is required

- Willingness to learn and able to work in fast pace environment

- Meticulous and able to multi-task

- Team player but also able to work independently and with minimal supervision

- 1-2 years of related working experiences is an added advantage

- Must be computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office application (Excel, Word etc)

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (such as Chinese and English)

Duties & Responsibilities

• Oversee and guide the therapy team which consists of a physiotherapist, occupational therapist, and therapy aide/assistant.
• Responsible for compliance with the therapy standards as stipulated by the Ministry of Health and Allied Health Professional Council.
• Lead the team in enhancing clinical innovation and evidence-based practices for residents and clients.
• Oversee and lead improvements in service delivery and the care model and planning strategies to promote new effective treatment plans and clinical services.
• Develop and maintain good working relationships with other agencies and organizations.
• Compute reports and analyze data.

Requirements

• Diploma, Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy/Occupational Therapy.

Job description

We are looking to recruit a Portfolio Manager to independently run Global Macro Portfolio using systematic strategies. Mandate of this role would be to generate absolute return by trading in liquid futures and forward markets across all major asset classes (commodities, currencies, equity indices, and fixed income etc) on 30+ exchanges and OTC trading venues. Ideal candidate should have live track record of more than 5 years with delivered Sharpe of >1 with hands on coding and research experience.

The performance of the portfolio team would be aligned with transparent variable pay structure. The position reports to CIO of the company.

Qualifications

· PhD (or exceptional MSc) in a quantitative field like econometrics, mathematics, physics, or statistics

· Strong programming skills in Python, SQL etc with hands on coding experience

· Ability to run the desk as an independent PM and manage the entire life cycle from data transformation, strategy development, portfolio construction and trade execution.

· 5-10 years of Global Macro trading experience as a Portfolio Manager in a hedge fund or proprietary trading environment with a realised Sharpe of > 1
