Purpose of the role

• Building, managing and strengthening current and future profitable partner relationships with industry Lawyers, Advisors and Auditors to support the Sales Team to increase the revenues generated from key feeders.

• Following up on all the actions initiated in this specific domain to make sure the pipeline is as accurate as possible at any time.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with Global & Local Sales Team, as well as the CRM Team, to identify key feeders of the industry and make sure the Sales Community meets them on a regular basis.
• Work closely with Sales to define and execute an individual growth plan per Alliances & Partners firm and contact
• Assure a proper and regional profiling of each target organization, including all the relevant individual contacts and the relationship mapping with Apex senior executives
• Analyze how to optimize the existing referrer relationships
• Prospect utilizing own relationships and market landscaping
• Participate actively in Alliances & Partners campaigns to promote Apex and increase the value and number of inbound referrals
• Liaise with Marketing in projects defining & driving the execution of go‐to‐market strategies

Data Intelligence & Processes

• Implement dedicated reports on Power BI to provide accurate and precise data to the Sales Team
• Review & report regularly the success of the regional Alliances & Partners program to Apex Senior Management
• Collaborating with the Sales Support team to build further Alliances & Partners and industry intelligence to accelerate growth.
• Target new referrer relationships base on formal data analysis
• Maintain a proper Alliances & Partners database in Apex CRM system (Salesforce), including inbound & outbound referrals, static & dynamic data, external data sources, key contacts and ensuring the quality of the data.

Profile

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and experience:

• +8 years business experience, preferably in the Financial and Corporate Services, Fund Services, or Information Technology
• Post Graduate Diploma in Management or Finance
• Engage, lead, motivate and inspire teams to success.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Report directly to Branch Manager
• To provide excellent service to our clients and ensure recommendations are done based on customers’ skin type and concerns.
• To discuss and plan for therapists the recommended treatments for customers arriving for appointment.

Requirements:

• Min. 5 years' working experience in the beauty wellness industry with proven sales record

• Developing a project plan and managing the schedule, budget, and team members’ time sheets to ensure completion of the project within the specified time frame
• Communicating with clients and stakeholders to ensure they are aware of project status and any potential problems or delays
• Ensuring compliance with all laws, regulations, and best practices for safety and environmental concerns
• Managing procurement activities, including ordering raw materials and equipment, arranging for shipping and delivery schedules, and negotiating prices with vendors
• Conducting feasibility studies to assess business opportunities and make recommendations regarding strategy or implementation plans
• Coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure that materials are available when needed and that tasks are completed on time and within budget
• Managing the day-to-day operations of a project including hiring personnel, purchasing materials and supplies, monitoring budgets, and ensuring compliance with governmental regulations

Overseeing the project closeout process to ensure that all documentation is complete.
