Reporting to the General Manager, the incumbent will execute sales & marketing activities according to sales plan in the designated markets for the company’s range of polyurethane (PU) metering machines and equipment with focus on IIoT smart manufacturing solutions. He will also provide pre and after-sales technical support to customers.

The Roles

• Develop new customers in the designated markets for targeted industries.
• Handle pre and post sales account management & technical support, attending to sales enquiries, generate and present quotations.
• Develop and executing sales strategies / product penetration plans to meet sales / business objectives in terms of revenue, margin and market share.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction for developing long term relationships with key customers & decision makers.
• To be always ready to attend to technical matters raised by our clients and to proactively provide assistance and practical solutions.
• Work closely with GM & technical team to identify the emerging trends and the relevant technologies to meet the requirements of these trends.
