About the Role

As a Senior Technology Sales Support Specialist you will be responsible for developing a solid understanding of the Enablon software platform functionality, in the field of Risk, Health and Safety, Control of Work, ESG, Quality and Process Safety. You will be part of the sales team building and presenting our solutions to ensure successful sales completion for existing and potential customers and responding to functional and technical requirements. • Preparing proposals and answer questions and requirements found in Request for Information/Proposal (RFI/RFP) documents tailoring responses based on information uncovered during discovery
• Prepare personalized demonstration platforms with relevant information for each existing/prospective customer
• Prepare individualized scoping document mapping prospective customer needs to Enablon products
• Serve as technical and functional expert for solutions
• Bridge the gap between our products and our customers’ needs (Product SME)

About You

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university OR minimum of three years as a Pre-Sales Consultant in a Software/SaaS firm
• Expertise in EHSQ, ESG or GRC domain topics.
• Knowledge of Process Safety would be beneficial.
• Fluent in English.
• Previous experience in a Pre-Sales role at a Software/SaaS firm delivering Demonstrations, POCs and participating in the sales cycle is a plus, along with any experience in Corporate Visions’ methodologies.
