The Sales and Operations Executive will be working in our Jurong East office and is responsible for sales and operational aspects of our Company.

Responsibilities :

• Acquire new customers, sales volume, and forge strategic partnerships.
• Perform daily visits to clinics to promote and demonstrate the product to doctors and introduce our product as an advanced alternative.
• Develop tailored proposals and quotes that meet the specific needs of potential doctors and partners, highlighting our value proposition.
• Propose and execute effective go-to-market strategies that are in line with the company’s objectives, aiming to maximize market penetration and revenue.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure that sales efforts are supported by well-aligned marketing strategies and promotional activities, contributing to the overall growth of the business.
• Maintain and update all marketing channels and materials, including the website, flyers, monthly customer feedback collection, and email campaigns, among others.
• Address and follow up customer inquiries and issues promptly, from the first interaction to after-sales service and account management, ensuring customers have a positive experience and view the Company as a provider of quality service.
• Provide regular reports to management with insights and updates on market trends and sales performance.
• Keep updated on the latest product developments and SmartCMS regulations.
• Carry out thorough market and competitive analysis to spotlight our unique selling points.
• Collect, analyse, and summarize customer feedback and user experiences to inform ongoing improvements and innovations in our product offerings.

Requirements :

• At least 2 years of experience in sales and operations.
• Motivated, proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• It is advantageous to have a strong background in the sales process, business, and project management.

Responsibilities

As a Product Marketing Executive, you will help shape SHIELD’s go-to-market strategy by developing product positioning, creating and curating messaging, and conducting competitor research and analysis. You will report to the Product Marketing Manager and will be expected to work closely with several internal teams. You will need a “rollup your sleeves” mindset in order to produce impactful online and offline marketing assets, develop sales tools, and support other marketing tasks as required.

• Help create and own SHIELD’s product marketing plan from conceptualization to execution by identifying market opportunities, developing product positioning & messaging, and executing product launches.
• Work alongside internal teams to provide go-to-market support in developing and producing sales enablement and marketing materials (e.g. sales pitch presentations, product descriptions, kill sheets, customer success stories).
• Be a liaison point between marketing and the product teams to ensure our new product launches are communicated effectively to the market.
• Ensure our marketing materials are localized in any and all new regions that SHIELD is already in and expands into.
• Conduct thorough market research and analysis to understand the competitive landscape across various sectors and industries and create a differentiated product positioning in order to establish SHIELD’s competitive advantage.
• To work to become a cyber security and fraud prevention subject matter expert for website content and ensure all product information is technically up to date and reflective of any changes to both current and new solutions.

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, humanities, or a related field
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
• B2B product marketing experience in SaaS domain expertise is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to produce high-quality marketing content
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage concurrent projects and issues effectively
• Strong performance-driven work ethic
• Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced and high-growth environment

Job Scope:

• Utilize various communication channels including emails, phone calls, and other mediums to effectively address client concerns and resolve issues
• Respond promptly to sales inquiries from customers, collaborating closely with the operational team to facilitate order delivery
• Maintain adequate stock levels to meet customer demand
• Engage in negotiations and finalize deals, while also handling customer feedback
• Take the lead in providing operational support to sales by following up with new customers for required information and documentation
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of order fulfillment and customer service
• Process customer orders, including price quotations, stock checks, issuing Proforma invoices, and confirming shipment schedules
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding product pricing and stock availability
• Coordinate with Logistics and Accounting departments to ensure seamless order shipments
• Prepare necessary documents such as Purchase Orders, Pick Lists, Invoices, and inventory checklists
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
• Stay updated on product information, pricing changes, and distribute sales materials to distributors as needed
