Role Purpose:

Work closely with brand managers and marketing team to plan and drive business objectives, such as profitability, brand ranking and revenue targets. Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Operations

• Assist and support the marketing manager and brand manager to plan all brand activities such as: In-store promotions, launches, animations and consumer events to drive brand awareness and retail sales
• Support on event logistics including: sourcing for venue, food & beverage, materials event items, set up, engagement and briefing of all parties involved to drive event to succession
• Support on contractor and agency management including: getting quotations, briefing of agency/contractor/partners on specific brand needs follow up on the execution of the project

Communication, PR & Customer Engagement

• Propose and lead the planning and execution of all communications for marketing and trade activities. (Digital and print)
• Planning of PR events and activities for your brand portfolio with activities such as: press invitation and liaison, RSVP, and event management
• Research and collation of market, competitive and business information and any ad-hoc marketing needs of the team

Administrative and reporting duties

• Support the brand team in animation and monthly reporting duties when needed
• Assist in administrative responsibilities such as invoice processing and sampling/tester management
• Assist in brand visual merchandising needs such as changing of trans and upgrading of counters

• Diploma or Degree holder specializing in Marketing / Mass Communication / Business
• At least 1 years of relevant working experiences in Beauty industry
• Experience in marketing or PR is a plus

The Job

• In charge of all Leasing sales for the company
• Dealing with all range and multi brand of commercial vehicles with regards to sales and/or rental activities
• Acquire sales with new and existing clients to meet targeted sales objectives
• Identify/Build/Expand new clients base to achieve sales opportunities
• Purchase all types of pre-owned commercial vehicles for inventory replenishment
• Follow-up/Develop sales lead to achieve monthly sales target
• Attend to sales inquiries
• Resolve customer complaints/issues
• Follow-up on prompt Payment
• Maintain a proactive relationship with existing/new customers
• Arrange for regular meetings with Corporate Clients
• Develop relationships for both new and existing customers
• Submit Report on weekly and monthly sales activities

Requirements

• Bilingual in English & Mandarin (to handle Chinese leasing contract and liaise with our China base counterpart
• Possess strong interest in sales and armed with practical sales techniques and tactics
• KPI driven, positive learning attitude, self motivated, resilience, resourceful and goal oriented

OVERVIEW:

The Sales Exec - Inside Sales, plays a crucial role by managing our existing APAC-based clients in Sportradar’s lower account segment. This starting position requires initial account management experience, superior communication skills, and a results-driven mindset. Responsibilities include renewal discussions, avoiding client churn and identifying up-sell and cross-sell opportunities with our established clients in the APAC Region. 

THE CHALLENGE:

• Efficient account management of ~100 small to medium-sized Sportradar clients
• React on account enquiries in a timely manner and find satisfying solutions aligned with our account segment strategy
• Help building a pipeline by identifying and nurture up-sell and cross-sell opportunities throughout the year
• Decrease the risk of client churn while representing Sportradar’s account growth strategy
• Work with internal Sportradar teams to further develop the commercial approach in this customer segment
• Document all touchpoints and transfer knowledge regarding the account to internal Sportradar team members
• Collaborate closely with other Sportradar team members to ensure alignment and integration of sales strategies, projects and programs for successful implementation and execution.
• Manage the client up to the next account segment.

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Support Executive to join our team. This role will provide advanced support to the sales team, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will act as a pivotal link between various departments, manage customer inquiries, and contribute to the achievement of sales targets.

What you will be doing

• Sales Support Coordination: Assist sales representatives in preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations. Ensure all SOPs are updated and communicated to the relevant customers.
