We are looking for a talented and well-rounded Brand Marketing Manager to help accelerate our growth in Singapore. Reporting into our Country Head in Singapore and working closely with the central marketing team, you will be responsible to define and deliver a compelling marketing strategy to build awareness, drive sales and fast-track our business in SG.
This role is ideal for a highly motivated, digitally-minded marketer who is passionate about understanding the pain points of entrepreneurs and skilled at translating these into delightful web experiences that will ultimately drive sales. You will be both strategic in your approach and happy to roll up your sleeves to get work done in partnership with the central marketing team. Above all, you will be an enthusiastic team player, excited about building Singaporeโs most loved business partner for SMEs and entrepreneurs.

Position Duties
- Drive Sleek Brand awareness & preference: Develop creative and effective local campaigns to enhance brand visibility & make Sleek the standard, preferred brand for entrepreneurs to get support running their business in Singapore
- Drive relentlessly marketing execution to achieve results: leveraging global & local resources, you look for maximising the impact of all marketing efforts in Singapore, and keep a strong focus on achieving overall growth of the non-paid channels
- Localise Global Strategy: Ability to adapt global brand strategies for the local market, ensuring alignment & relevance with the local market.
- Content Creation: Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with our brand goals and target audience. With the support of a content associate, produce engaging and high-quality content across various channels, including website, blogs, social media, and email.
- PR and Media Relations: Drive PR activities including writing press releases, building media relationships, and securing media coverage.
- Social Media Management: Build, own, and execute the social media calendar for the brand locally, creating relevant content to drive measurable brand impact and engagement.
- Event Management: Execute local events and webinars to engage with target audience and promote brand initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications, or related field.
- 7-10 years experience in a similar marketing role in a startup
- Hands-on marketer with an ability to work independently as well as part of a team, collaborating effectively across functions and with global remote teams.
- Proven track record in content creation, PR, and social media management.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and global remote teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of brand marketing initiatives.
- Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for brand building and driving measurable results.
- Good understanding of inbound marketing tools - preferably Hubspot
- Outstanding analytical skills and comfortable using Google Analytics
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Balanced individual who brings โcan doโ attitude to work every day; gets started and proactively thinks about what needs to come next
