Key Responsibilities

• Travel extensively across Malaysia and occasionally to regional sites for installations, maintenance, and support sales.
• Conduct technical site qualifications to assess system requirements, project scope and site conditions.
• Setup, configure, and commission solar monitoring hardware on-site.

The Role & Team:

As a Senior Sales Director on our New Business team, you will be critical in growing our subscription business in APAC. You will identify, engage, and win new clients in order to position and sell EMARKETER’s syndicated, subscription-based research offering.

The Senior Sales Director will engage with executives to diagnose needs and connect the dots between those needs and the research, data, and forecasts we produce. The ultimate goal is to bring on as many new clients as possible and achieve your annual bookings target.

• Successfully achieve your quarterly and annual bookings quota.

JOB PURPOSE

In line with the Head Office and regional policies, the MSC Cruises' strategy and the Sales objectives, the Sales Director South East Asia leads the Sales strategy, contributes to and implements the sales action plan for the region in order to achieve revenue, cost and other commercial targets to ensure the efficient running of the sales operations for the start-up for the region.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

In line with the strategic guidelines of MSC Cruises, under the leadership of the VP Commercial Area, the Sales Director South East Asia is responsible for the following start-up activities:

• Leads, governs, coordinates and develops the MSC Sales strategy, including distribution, pricing and sales; in coordination with the headquarter in Geneva in South East Asia in order to optimize revenue, margin and market share
• Identifies new market potential and adapts quickly and effectively to changes in the market by prognosis and tactical planning;
• Identifies and evaluates business opportunities with strategic partners relevant to MSC Cruises as well as potential new customers;
• Develops sales plans;
• Leads negotiations with local partners and contractors and is in direct contact with MSC Cruises' major partners throughout the countries in scope;
• Participates in and organizes partner events in order to strengthen long term business relationships;
• Liaises with MSC's head office in Geneva to ensure the effective integration of the region business in the company's overall sales plans.

Job Summary:

The APAC Marketing Customer Acquisition Manager is responsible for overseeing customer acquisition and branding strategies across the APAC region, with a focus on optimizing investments to attract new customers and elevate Amplifon’s brand positioning. This role demands a performance-driven individual who can integrate both traditional and digital marketing approaches, ensuring customer-centricity through a data-driven lens.

As a member of the regional Marketing Team, the Customer Acquisition Manager reports to the APAC Marketing Director, playing a critical role in shaping brand perception and driving leads growth adapted to each countries. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

· Coordinate and liaise with principals, suppliers, customers, and logistics providers to ensure smooth operations.

· Oversee and track orders to ensure timely deliveries and monitor inventory levels as directed by management.

· Compile and manage customers’ storage or usage licenses for Dangerous Goods (DG) cargo in accordance with NEA’s requirements.
