JOB DESCRIPTION

Handle full spectrum of AP & AR

Inventory control and reconciliation

Mantaining and updating of accounting records and databases

PO, GRN verification and process payment

Sale documents issuance to customers,

monitor delivery orders, receipt update

and follow up on SOA & overdue accounts.

You will be responsible for driving the strategy, configuration and management of our Salesforce CRM system to optimize our sales, marketing and customer support processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work with the various sales leadership teams in developing, optimising, maintaining, and executing the sales operation process and strategy roadmap to drive engagement and revenue growth.
• Work with the Marketing team to focus on metrics towards performance-based targets, including open rates, click rates, conversion rates and ROI.

• Minimum 3-5 years experience in Salesforce CRM data integration.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification or experience administering a large Salesforce implementation.
• Extensive knowledge of Salesforce and the Force.com platform including Sales, Marketing and Service Cloud.
• Ability to understand the business and sales processes in managing opportunities, leads, quotations and campaigns.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Salesforce automation tools including Process Builder and Lightning Flow.
• Expert knowledge of PowerBI and possessing strong data analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills - comfortable translating a non-technical brief into technical requirements, equally comfortable explaining technical information to non-technical audiences.
