Brief:

This personnel will play a critical part in the Company’s Property Development arm by support the team in its shared targets and organisation’s goals.

Main Responsibilities:

Work together with colleagues to meet sales targets (Property Development Company).

Requirements:

Diploma/ bachelor’s degree in Property Development/ Real Estate Management or equivalent.

Have in-depth knowledge and understanding of sales and marketing within Singapore’s Real Estate environment and its existing trends.

Self-starter, with a strong sense of responsibility and positive working attitude.

Able to communicate and work with personnel of all levels and backgrounds, in English and Chinese.

Prepared to work on weekends when required.

Candidates with at least 1 year of experience in real estate sales will have an edge.

Salary will be made up of basic and commission payments.
