The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, vendor management, and digital technologies. This role requires exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver high-quality digital solutions on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing Roles:
- Execute innovative online marketing campaigns and oversee its successful implementation by pulling resources from the production & design industry
- Lead the conceptualization and development of digital contents while ensuring compliance with brand positioning, brand standards and guidelines
- Drive regular management and analytical reporting against performance of all digital marketing activities
- Manage and maintain partnership with respective appointed project stakeholders
- Report digital marketing activities for review with management on a regular basis
- Lead and coordinate multiple CSR projects from beginning to end to shape our brand direction strategies that will drive acquisition and customer loyalty retention
- Implement, track, execute and prioritize marketing project roadmaps and timelines
- Provide analysis and regular reporting of social media and CTA marketing engagement metrics to improve outlet sales
- Manage both digital marketing and loyalty budget to achieve efficiency of spend to meet business goals
- Manage the marketing aspects of the business, ensuring timeline in social media calendar is achieved. Creates stronger brand recalls and branding for the company to help improve company year on year sales
- Management of company’s social media channels (Website, FB, IG, Google reviews, etc)
- Regular organic posting according to social media calendar, engaging followers, and responding to their enquiries
- Develop strong relationships with cross functional teams to ensure the efficient execution of marketing initiatives
- Assist with measuring the effectiveness and performance of marketing campaigns against company Growth KPIs
- Work closely with influencers on marketing campaigns and events, utilising the approved budget
- Any other ad-hoc duties
Project Roles:
1. Project Planning and Coordination:
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for digital initiatives involving external vendors.
- Coordinate project activities, resources, and dependencies to ensure timely delivery of milestones and project goals.
2. Vendor Management:
- Identify and onboard suitable vendors based on project requirements and organizational standards.
- Establish and maintain productive relationships with vendors, ensuring clear communication, adherence to project timelines, and quality deliverables.
- Evaluate vendor performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
3. Requirements Management:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and document project requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Communicate requirements effectively to vendors and facilitate discussions to address any ambiguities or conflicts.
4. Risk Management:
- Proactively identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies in collaboration with stakeholders and vendors.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or deviations from the plan promptly to minimize impact on project delivery.
5. Quality Assurance:
- Define and implement quality assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet specified requirements and industry standards.
- Conduct regular reviews and inspections of deliverables to identify and resolve any quality issues.
6. Stakeholder Communication:
- Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and issues to internal stakeholders and project sponsors.
- Facilitate meetings and discussions with stakeholders and vendors to ensure alignment on project goals and expectations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, or related field; PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Proven 3 years experience in project management, specifically managing digital projects with external vendors.
- Strong understanding of digital technologies, platforms, and trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in Agile or other iterative project management methodologies.
- Knowledge of procurement processes and contract management.
- Familiarity with compliance and security requirements in digital projects.
- Previous experience in vendor selection and evaluation processes.
