Job Description:

As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the marketing team's efforts to create compelling content, coordinate campaigns, and analyze market trends. Key Responsibilities:

Social Media:

• Create and draft social media calendars, scheduling, filming, and editing content to align with marketing strategies.

• Identify, contact, and distribute marketing materials with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
• Suggest products for influencer-led gifting and campaigns.
• Prepare, pack, and manage garments, accessories, and transportation logistics for photo and video shoots, ensuring smooth coordination and return of products.

Planning & Analysis:

• Conduct market research to gather data on consumer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Assist with tracking, basic data analysis, and reporting on marketing performance metrics.
• Aid in tracking marketing spend to ensure budget adherence.

Marketing Support:

• Provide administrative support such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing files.
• Assist the Marketing Manager in developing marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.
• Manage the distribution of marketing materials to various channels and stakeholders.
• Coordinate logistics for marketing events, trade shows, and conferences.
