We are seeking an experienced After Sales Service Manager to oversee our after-sales operations at luxury cars sector, ensuring the highest standards of customer satisfaction and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead, mentor, and manage Service Advisors, Parts Executives, and Mechanics.
· Oversee vehicle maintenance, repair, and warranty services.
· Ensure the team delivers premium service that aligns with the brand’s standards.
· Maintain high customer satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
· Implement strategies to enhance the customer experience.
· Regularly review feedback and make improvements as needed.
· Ensure service processes are efficient and meet quality standards.
· Monitor KPIs to achieve service efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
· Manage the service department’s budget and control costs.
· Develop pricing strategies for service offerings.
· Monitor expenses to meet financial targets.
· Maintain a safe working environment according to health and safety guidelines.
· Prepare reports on service performance and financial results.
· Analyze trends and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in after-sales service management, preferably in a luxury automotive brand.
· Strong leadership, customer service, and communication skills.
· Possess excellent interpersonal skills to connect with clients.
· Proficiency in automotive service processes and management systems.
