Data-Driven Learning:

• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse marketing performance using analytical tools. Provide insights and recommendations to optimise strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
• KPI Management: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer acquisition cost (CAC) and lifetime value (LTV), using data to guide decision-making and strategy adjustments.

About You:

• Experience: You have 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role, ideally within a fast-paced startup or growth-focused environment.
