• Establish and improve the sales analysis and management evaluation methodology, and implement promotion training, and regularly analyze and output sales work reports based on the methodology, find problems, put forward improvement suggestions, and follow up the results
• Promote the implementation of the sales assessment and reward system for business promotion projects, and effectively motivate the performance of the sales team

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree is required, logistics management major is preferred
• Possess rich theoretical knowledge in data statistics and analysis
• 5 years and above experience in the transportation or logistics industry
• Strong data analysis skills
• Good communication skills
• Strong sense of work responsibility and teamwork spirit

Job Description:

1. Preferably with experience in covering medical specialists in General Surgery, Oncology and Cardiology.

2. Identify the key customers’ potential and work with marketing to grow the sales in the key accounts.

3. Drive the product listing process in key customers and follow through every stage/process to ensure successful listing in timely manner.

4. Support the marketing team for marketing activities at the assigned customers.

5. Build strong rapport with the customers and its stakeholders and ensure successful execution of sales and marketing activities.

6. Conduct CMEs, round table meetings and other activities to constantly engage the stakeholders of the customers.

7. Execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve sales targets.

8. Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and create new accounts by planning and organizing daily territorial planning.

Requirements:

1. Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales

2. Bachelor’s degree in science-related disciplines

3. 3+ years of sales experience in pharmaceutical industry, particularly specialty care sales experience. Experience with Oncology products is an added advantage.

4. Experience in handling specialist and key stakeholders in both Private and Government hospitals is required.

5. Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

6. Candidates with a Class 3 valid driving license and a car would be preferred (Transport allowance is provided).
