About the role

The Winnow Business Development team consists of nearly 20 talented sales professionals spread across our commercial hubs in Singapore, Dubai, London and Chicago. 

The team plays a crucial role within the organisation taking responsibility for driving revenue growth by identifying new opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and maximizing revenue through effective sales and marketing efforts. Key responsibilities

In this role you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our product within APAC by generating and qualifying leads for our sales team. Key responsibilities include:

• Lead generation: identify and research potential leads within target industries and market segments using various tools and resources.
• Outbound prospecting: conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, email outreach, and email campaigns, to engage with decision-makers and influencers.
• Lead qualification - qualify inbound leads based on predefined criteria to ensure alignment with our ideal customer profile and their potential to benefit from Winnow within their organisations.

 Education and experience

RESPONSIBILITES:

• Responsible for business development, prospecting new sales in IAM solutions including 2FA Strong Authentication, Single Sign-On solutions and Mobile Application Shielding solutions, focusing in new market development i.e. FSI, Government and large enterprises both in Singapore and new focus country (etc. Indonesia).

The Senior Associate - Supply Chain supports sales team in the daily operations of logistics function specifically in the area of PO acceptance and on time sales recognition. This will includes supporting on inventory management activities.

Job Responsibilities

• Liaise with 3PL on all logistic arrangement/ issue for incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure on time delivery. Issue sales orders and billings for Singapore consignment businesses

We are seeking an experienced marketing and communications professional who is motivated, organised and has previous knowledge in delivering marketing and communications initiatives at a regional level. This role has scope to grow and will have an emphasis on raising internal understanding of best practice, developing marketing plans and campaigns, and being responsible for the marketing of key sectors and regions.

• Develop and own the Asia marketing communications calendar, providing the business with visibility of upcoming initiatives 

• Own the planning, coordination and execution of Turner & Townsend publications in Asia, (including but not limited to; design, content, copywriting, imagery, quotations, proof reading and approvals, printing and distribution). 

• Support publication content generation and production processes including the liaison with Senior Management, to formulate case studies and success stories. 

• Monitor market conferences, sponsorships and events with support, identifying strategically important partnerships or opportunities to raise profile.
