Sale Supervisor Job Duties

A sales supervisor typically has a wide range of responsibilities, which can include:

• Ensuring that employees have the tools and training they need to succeed in their jobs

• Building relationships with key clients and establishing long-term business partnerships with them

• Tally, Track, Manage, Communicate and Coordinate between customers and inspectors for mould inspection bookings, amendments, res-cheduling as well as cancellations using Google Calendars, Tracking Sheet, Filemaker, ICAB
• Manage webshop sales & inquiries including coordination for self collection and deliveries working closely with warehouse and delivery coordination
• Prepare invoice using internal system and manage pipeline tracker
• Provide support and coordination to Hygiene business sales team

• GCE “O” Level, Diploma in any discipline or higher with relevant hands-on experience in similar environment
• Passionate about sales, providing excellent customer service and building relationships with customers
• Independent, Takes pride in the work, Motivated, Service-oriented, able to multi-task and work under pressure
• Possess a strong work ethic and team player
• Computer literate, knowledge & proficiency in Microsoft and google applications
• Proficient in using Google Sheets

We are looking for a dynamic relationship builder and collaborator as an intern for our MBC department. You will support the Junior & Senior MBC colleagues to help drive our Marketing and Communications strategies.

As an intern, you will get the opportunity, but not limited to:

• Develop, organise and manage event requirements, from ideation to execution, in conjunction with the Sales Department’s objectives
• Work with regional Sales Teams and partner on campaigns and initiatives
• Develop collaterals/PowerPoint slides specific to the events, together with the Creative Team
• Coordinate printing of any collateral for campaigns
• Speak with internal Subject Matter Experts on content creation needs, if required
• Prioritise objectives with the Sales Team, be proactive in lead creation as well as evaluation of events’ statistics and summaries
• Coordinate with event organisers to supply any necessary information for promotional materials, such as logo, links etc.
• Create campaigns in sales systems, ensuring correct tagging of all contacts
• Pull relevant lists from sales systems
• Initiate tracking, managing and uploading post event results
• Prepare reports to track campaign activity and outcomes
• Working with the MBC to deliver excellent service by providing operational support for both External and Internal communications activities, aimed at helping to deliver thought leadership for Ensign, as well as to work with HR teams to roll out People Strategies.
• Work on different parts of the Marketing and communications lifecycle such as digital, events, creative development, people communications and change management.
• Participate in different aspects of Marketing, Brand and Communications projects, and possibly leading your own project.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Candidates should bring along a Diploma in Hospitality Management or possess any equivalent professional qualifications in Hospitality Management.
• Possess at least 3 years of experience in hospitality sales function.
• Prior exposure in an environment revolving luxury residence or the real estate industry will be advantageous.
• The ability to perform in a high stress environment.
• Comfortable in working independently and as a team player.

The Sales Strategy Intern will be supporting the APAC Sales Strategy team across Singapore and Sydney. This position will play an active role in analyzing market dynamics across Asia as well as contributing to the execution of commercial deals by providing analytical support (e.g. benchmarking, performance analysis).

• Assist in marketing materials to support client’s promotional activities
• Research on show information to include in the pitch deck.
• Reformat of pitch decks from LA to cater to clients’ pitches in Asia
