Your Experience:

• 6+ years of experience in product or channel marketing, partner channel development, business development, alliance management, through partner marketing in the technology industry.
• Multilingual is a big plus in growing our global teams. For this role you MUST be proficient in written and spoken English and Japanese.
• Strong partner relationship management and solution development skills
• Strong executive presence including communication and presentation skills with a high degree of comfort to large and small audiences.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Problem solving, escalating when needed.
• Experience working with a team of SMEs (Strategy, Creative, Media, Accounts, PMs)
• Experience with technology platforms and solutions with a reasonable level of technical proficiency
• Extensive experience working with virtual teams across functions and geographies
• Inclusive and collaborative – driving teamwork and cross-team alignment.
• Problem solving mentality leveraging internal and/or external resources, conflict resolution, and follow through with partners.
• Proven experience in Partner Marketing or GTM expertise within the technology industry
• Experience working with cloud technologies is strongly preferred.
