We’re looking for a Senior Associate, Sales Strategy and Operations APAC to join the Sales Operations team at Snap Inc! The mission of the Sales Operations Strategy group is to maximise ads business growth and performance by being the objective, trusted partner to leadership through strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration and operational excellence. You’ll partner with sales and cross-functional teams (e.g. product marketing, finance, etc.) to set strategy, generate impactful insights, provide recommendations and manage commercial execution-oriented initiatives.
Working from our Singapore office, you’ll directly support the APAC regional team in efforts to amplify revenue, improve sales productivity, set business rhythm and operations, guide expansion plans & goals and directly shape the future of the Snapchat experience for advertisers.
What you'll do:
- “Run the business” operational excellence
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly advertising performance and forecast support
- Provide weekly ad pacing reports for visibility on actuals vs. forecasts
- Create post-monthly variance analysis to identify ad revenue performance
- Maintain and run a tight cadence on weekly business reviews, quarterly business reviews and other management reviews
- Automation and Efficiency - Help in building and maintaining dashboards and/or data pipelines in CRM (Salesforce) and other analytical tools like Looker, Excel etc.
- Deliver sharp insights through data on operational and revenue excellence eg: pipeline management, product lever update etc.
- Strong analytical support on quarterly forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-range planning processes
- Contribute to cross-functional projects with the regional business partners (sales strategy and operations peers), sales, finance, accounting, operations, and product teams
- Build and surface reports from marketing intelligence platforms to gauge the health of the business, identify untapped opportunities, and capitalize on trends / market movements
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Ability to work independently and drive activities to completion through strong ownership and attention to detail in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
- Ability to problem-solve and troubleshoot issues that arise within a process or system
- Demonstrated experience learning quickly and being intellectually curious
- Experience extracting, cleaning, and analyzing large datasets to inform business decisions
- Strong business judgment, problem solving, and analytical skill
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and feels comfortable interacting with all levels of management
Minimum Qualifications:
- 4+ years experience working in sales operations, management consulting, business analytics or other similar functions
- 2+ years proven experience covering the APAC media and advertising landscape, industry dynamics and key players
- Exceptional analytical, problem solving, and Excel skills
- Proficient tooling skill sets - SQL, CRM and Looker capabilities; Python is an advantage
- Someone who is self-directed, proactive, and sets a high bar for themselves and their work
