The Job

• Provide admin support such as logistics rates and quotation for the Sales team
• Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, request, and issue.
• Process customer order for shipment client order with HQ based in Italy
• Coordinate with the operation team regarding customer order to prepare for shipment document
• Address customer issue and concern related to shipment, delivery delays or other logistics issue by working closely with internal departments.

• Roll out the global social influencer marketing training program to all APAC marketers and guide teams to upskill with literacy and know-how to fully tap into social influencer marketing
• Set a solid foundation of infrastructure, processes, governance and guardrails for influencer marketing in APAC to safeguard the brand
• Conduct an influencer campaign, spend and execution audit for APAC and present to key stakeholders of key gaps and business opportunities that will inform the longer term APAC influencer strategy.
• Roll out the multiple global influencer programs successfully and effectively in all key APAC markets.
• Test and learn the global data-driven influencer marketing approach for a 6 months pilot and consolidate learnings for scaling.

The Role:

Leading on Sales and GTM for this new venture, you'll act as an integral part of the interim founding team on product-market-fit activities and getting the commercial wheels spinning. From securing first pilot customers and building out lead-gen, through to ensuring an incredible experience for the early stage adopters and establishing strong foundations for rapid scale.

Your impact will come from your deep maritime industry / domain insights with an entrepreneurial spike. You’ll be paired with Rainmaking APAC team member(s) with deep experience in shaping business models, investor relations and fundraising.

You will be embedded in this maritime project for ~6 months. At the end of this project, you may find that this venture is “the one” you’d be excited about being a long-term leadership team member of.

• Shipping Sector Expertise: you have experienced the highs and lows of scaling a business in the maritime / shipping technology arena. You bring significant insights across maritime products, services and market dynamics, ideally from within the SaaS space
• Commercial Depth: you bring proven experience in sales, customer success and/or senior account management in the maritime / shipping industry. Ideally you've sold SaaS products into owners and technical managers before and understand these sales cycles
