Responsibilities:
Β· Co-ordination with operations on promotions/ad-hoc matters
Β· Co-ordination on brand QR menu matters
Β· Ad-hoc projects (eg. New brand loyalty rewards programme)
Β· Propose & execute new promotions for brand rewards
Β· Work with designers to come out promotion artworks for brand
rewards related promotions
Β· Brand rewards App updates on backend portal to execute rewards
promotion
Β· Assists in customer enquiries on brand rewards matters
Β· Co-ordination with operations/IT/vendor on brand rewards matters
Β· Assist operations in FomoPay matters
Β· Co-ordination with vendor on FomoPay issues
Β· Co-ordinate with e-wallet partners promotion
Β· Co-ordination on new outlet listing (apply for new FomoPay
hardware/software for new outlets)
Β· Uploading/removal of menu/promotions/operating hours on all
delivery platforms and TV for all brands
Β· Assists all brands operations in βliveβ delivery/technical/disputes
resolutions
Β· Liaise with all delivery platforms on delivery/technical/promotions
Β· Co-ordinate on delivery refunds checking
Β· Application of new delivery platforms for new outlets
Β· Ad-hoc reconciliation or marketing post-mortem reports
Β· Ad-hoc marketing and operations duties
Β· Support outlet supervisors and managers in ensuring smooth daily
operation of the outlets.
Requirements:
Β· Bachelorβs Degree in Marketing, Business or related field
Β· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Β· Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
Β· Ability to work Independently and positive work attitude
